Duct tape cat: US teen arrested on animal cruelty charges

James Davis, 19, admitted to taping up the cat from neck to tail after he spotted it in his yard Sept 21, police said. He was arrested on Saturday on animal cruelty charges, said a spokesman for the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
A woman spotted the gray tabby wandering, covered in tape, and brought the animal to the human society. The animal, nicknamed Sticky by animal welfare workers, was dehydrated and had to be sedated while the tape was cut off its fur.

You just have to wonder what is wrong with some people. The young man that did this will never be normal. There’s something missing from his soul that will lead to a lifetime of cruelty to other. It would be best to just take him to a zoo and feed him to the tigers and save society from the cruelty that he is guaranteed to inflict on more innocents.

I’m curious how one goes about this without losing a remarkable amount of skin and blood.
Dang sure wouldn’t work with my cats. I wouldn’t try it myself, much less a stranger.
