You might think a posthumous Medal of Honor award ceremony would be a somber occasion, but not everyone would agree with you. Either this is an especially skillful photo shop effort or Michelle Obama has no clue whatsoever about the nature of this event. U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Jared C. Montis parents received the award for him. I hope they didnt notice the first ladys stunningly inappropriate dress, but thats unlikely.
bttt
Something like this would have been so much nicer.
BTW, it's 1/15, 1st Batallion, 15th Infantry Regiment, not 1 & 15. (I served in 2/15, in Germany in the mid-70's...)

“Laura Bush one;..”
There have been several discussions on this subject before and it was determined that Laura did indeed have more than one staff member. A list of the staff members, and their salaries, of both first ladies can be found here.

Well, she skipped the sweater and boob-belt. You must admit it’s an improvement.
lol..
I’m getting real tired of her spitting on America. It’s not cluelessness, it’s deliberate disrespect.
Personally, I wouldn’t give a crap what she...or he, for that matter, were wearing. Neither one of them should be anywhere near a Military function, let alone presenting a posthumus Medal of HONOR to a Fallen Hero.
These people have NO honor, wouldn’t know honor or decency, or bravery, or sacrifice if it jumped up and bit them in their ugly faces.
This ignorant, arrogant, disgusting ceremony was shameful regardless what the first b!tch had on. She shouldn’t even have been there...and neither should he.
I’m calling Photoshopped on this one. The Obamas are very starkly lit, as opposed to those around them. I’m almost sure this is faked.
If you read through this thread you will see this has been discussed *several times* and several links posted to numerous outside sources (even videos). They all (unfortunately) confirm that this was NOT photoshopped. Kinda sad, huh? It's so bad that so many people think it can't possibly be real :(
Wearing that particular pair is a signal to her Russian handlers!
Thanks for the ping.
AFAIK, in our country the military doesn't find them, they MAKE them.
Wearing the correct dress for any occasion is a matter of good manners. Loretta Young
i agree, the dress if flattering albeit inappropriate to the occasion. and i work in DC and do not wear hosiery til fall weather hits.
You are, of course, correct.
The sentiment always comes to mind when I read of such a young man.
The line comes from the movie, "The Bridges at Toko-Ri". It ends with the quote: "Where do we get such men?"
A real Dazzler. Sorry don't know how to make it small.
I love the Patrick Ewing stuff...
