TEL AVIV – There is no moral concern regarding cloning human beings since human embryos, which develop into a baby, are "only a handful of cells," argued President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.
"If scientists will be using and cloning embryos only at a very early stage when they are just a handful of cells (say, before they are four days old), there is no good reason for a ban (on cloning)," wrote Sunstein, who was confirmed by the Senate last week as administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
"It is silly to think that 'potential' is enough for moral concern. Sperm cells have 'potential' and (not to put too fine a point on it) most people are not especially solicitous about them," Sunstein wrote in a review of the 2003 book "Our Posthuman Future" by Francis Fukuyama.

Well, to be honest, I have to admit that it is probably a correct estimation.
And the human brain is about two handfuls.
Cass Sunstein is just a few shovelfuls of cells, by his own standard, but cells gone very wrong ideologically.
This guy Sunstein causes me to reflect upon the latter 1950’s, and 1960’s when State Mental Institutions came under assault by the Leftists, and ultimately his bretheren before him were released and consigned to the streets to become Political fodder.

sperm cells and embryo cells are not alike and any scientist would say using such an analogy is dishonest at best. Embryo cells represent a 100% unique DNA sequence that has never been seen before and will never be seen again.
Anyone who has mothered or fathered a child though pregnancy and birth, who loved that child and looked forward to his or her birth with great expectations knows that this statement is a lie. Children in the womb are responsive and develop their own personality very early on.
They interact through the lining of their mother's body with those who are loving them, communicating with them, touching them.
This is why abortion, the murder of such an one, is so horrid.
