Hawaiian newspapers don't prove birthplace
WorldNetDaily ^ | July 22, 2009 | Drew Zahn

The announcements of Barack Obama's birth printed by two Hawaii newspapers in 1961 do not provide solid proof of a birth in the Aloha State because of uncertainties over the policies and procedures that apparently were being used at the time.

The Honolulu Star-Bulletin, for example, according to its website, now reprints birth information it receives from Hawaii's Department of Health.

"We don't have an editor who handles birth and marriage announcements; we print what we receive from the Department of Health Vital Statistics System," a Star-Bulletin newsroom operator explained to WND.

The operator said, "This is how we've always done it."

The newspaper's "proof" of birth, therefore, could be based on a state-issued "Certification of Live Birth" which, as WND has reported is insufficient alone, even for some State Department officials, to document the birthplace.

Many people remain unaware a child does not even have to be born in Hawaii to receive a Certification of Live Birth, the very "evidence" the White House has cited in defending its assertion Obama was born in Hawaii.

Mike is ok, most of the time and good, some of the time. But I caught a chunk of his program today, he got kinda frantic on “evidence” issues. Curiouser and curiouser.

Another interesting issue. This newspaper information was made public months after the people who lived at the address given for Obama’s birth announcement died. The Obama’s never owned the house at the address given. The people that lived at that address did so from before Obama was born until they died. None of the neighbors ever recall a black kid living there. The actual people that lived their can't be asked. They are dead (no I'm not suggesting they were killed). But it is a convenient address.

Useful facts, you should post a link to the best source for this information.

Didn’t someone once say that it was the appearance of impropriety that was cause for looking into activity? Wasn’t it the Liberals?

The people who lived at that address at the time of the claimed newspaper announcement died several months before this newspaper evidence was found. I kid you not. So they can’t be asked about it. None of the neighbors have any recollection of a black child ever living there.

Well Obama will never release it if it’s the worse case scenario. But he may volunteer to release it if it’s just something about his biological father being someone else.

Best bet is to get a judge somewhere to order its release. But then it will get appealed to the USSC—it will take at least 2 or 3 years to settle. But by then he will be out of office or on his way out.

Best bet is to have states pass a requirement that all candidates have to reveal/prove their citizenship before being placed on a ballot.

I agree. It’s strong evidence but falls short of conclusive proof.

Per the State Department: “Under the Child Citizenship Act, the U.S. citizen parent of a child living abroad must have five years of physical presence in the United States or its outlying possessions with at least two years occurring after age 14, in order to apply for citizenship on behalf of the child.”
It says five years with at least two after age 14 but it says nothing about losing your ability to pass it on beyond that.

Yes it does, it says "must have."

How does July 22, 2008 sound as the birth announcement discovery date. You see, the address listed on the birth announcement was never the Obama’s address, as they never lived together as man and wife.

The address listed is 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, and was the residenc of Orland Scott Lefforge, a Professor at UH at Manoa, Dept. of Speech. Later, he became an assistant to Sen. Daniel Inouye in 1967. After that he wrote a paper about “In service Training as an Instrument of Change” (1971). He was also an administrator in the UH Community College office, and a member of the Osher Institute. He died July 4, 2007 at the age of 91. His wife/companion Thelma Jones Lefforge Young died June 12, 2008.

Ten days from Lefforge’s death is plenty of time to cut, typeset, & paste a new birth announcement. From what I’ve read, the announcements were scanned and emailed by the librarian in Hawaii to a blogger named Lori and then to the TD [texasdarling.wordpress.com] blog.

Unfortunately, they should have put more time into researching a safer and more practical address. Whomever suggests that CIA is behind this has got to be joking. No one at the agency would have been so stupid as to have chosen an address that is easily traced to a family occuping the home. Nor would they have selected a property grossly beyond the means of the supposed occupants. They would have safely chosen Bear-icks or the Dunham’s address. This birth announcement was done by someone wishing to uplift the early status of their beloved leader by selecting a pricy address and not doing their homework.

In 1961 the Dunhams lived on Kamehameha Avenue, while Obama Sr. lived on 11th Avenue. The Lefforge family, including their 3 children under the age of seven were residing at the luxury home listed on Obama’s newly found birth announcement — 6085 Kalanianaole Highway.

It is highly improbable that the Lefforges would move an African 25 year old male and his pregnant teenage girlfriend into their home. Why would anyone want unemployed college students and a newborn baby living in their family home with their own three young children?

And since the Mr. Lefforge died 10 days prior to the appearance of the birth announcement that listed his address, we can’t ask him. But we do know that the next door neighbors testify that Obama, his mama, and his ‘papa’ never lived there. What a tangled web of lies...

Not a shred of evidence links the Dunhams or Obamas to Kalanianaole Highway. Kalanianaole only surfaced in connection with the Obamas in July 2008. I don’t think a commemorative plaque on the old homestead will be nailed up anytime soon.

I wasn’t necessarily tying the date of the release of the Certificate with the June 12, 2008 date. I was trying to see how the sudden discovery of the birth announcement coincides with the death of the legitimate owner (witness) of the home that was alleged to be the first home of Obama.

So in other words, the recent death announcement of the 1961 resident triggers the announcement, since now it is presumed to be a “safe address” to utilize as home plate.

Mrs. Lefforge (not Mister) passed away June 12, 2008. Forty days later, her address was found to be used as the first home of Obama.

The
Microfilm In Hawaii, WND was able to locate at the Honolulu public library microfilm of a notice placed in the Sunday Advertiser Aug. 13, 1961. The announcement in the “Births, Marriages, Death” section read: “Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4.”

Arakaki told Baro’s investigators she had no recollection of Obama being born or of the family living next door having a black child born to a white mother.

Baro sent a team of investigators to Honolulu to explore records regarding current residents of Kalanianaole Highway and to track down residents back to 1961.

Baro’s investigators were unable to locate any current or past resident of Kalanianaole Highway who could recall Obama or his family living at the address listed in the Sunday Advertiser announcement.

Baro also sent investigators to the newspaper offices to examine files, but the Advertiser could not confirm who actually placed the ad.

According to Baro’s affidavit, Beatrice Arakaki affirmed she was a neighbor of the address listed. She has lived at her current residence of 6075 Kalanianaole Highway from before 1961 to the present.

Moreover, Arakaki said she believed that when Obama lived with the Dunhams, his grandparents, the family address was in Waikiki, not on Kalanianaole Highway.

Baro was able to determine the previous owners of the residence at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway — the alleged address of Obama’s parents when he was born — were Orland S. and Thelma S. (Young) Lefforge, both of whom are deceased.
****

Just so you understand how deep the conspiracy runs on the cover-up of President Obama’s origins, his Hawaiian school file for kindergarten has gone missing! His is the only file from his class to have disappeared. In it would be his certified copy of his Birth Certificate, his real name, his birthplace, his vaccination record up to that date. There would be no embarrassing records as to his achievements or lack thereof - ‘cause few people have any at five years of age.

The only reason possible to hide this birthplace information is that he wasn’t born in the United States.

This birth announcement was done by someone wishing to uplift the early status of their beloved leader by selecting a pricy address and not doing their homework....”

******************************

So according to World Net Daily there IS a microfilm in the Honolulu library which has the newspaper birth listing! Now we’re getting somewhere! Unless the Conspiracy managed to obtain an unexposed roll of 1960’s microfilm stock (and in only a few days!), the library roll is either on new film stock, or the library roll is the original with the relevant frame cut out and a new one spliced in, which would be obvious by inspection. Get Beckwith or World Net Daily to the Honolulu library stat to look at that roll! The proof of the Conspiracy is within your grasp!

The Lafforges were both professors at the University of Hawaii, had three children (none of whom were half-white and named Barack Hussein Obama), and were very, very progressive-type liberal activists. The Obamas never lived together as man and wife, and they never lived with the Lafforges. These are the facts.

That birth announcement is a fake. So is the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) posted online that supposedly proves our President was born in Hawaii. Why do I say that?

Because so far he has spent over a $1Million with a Washington, D.C., law firm fighting to prevent disclosure of his Birth Certificate.

If the COLB was convincing then it would have been produced in court, but his lawyers haven’t done so because the COLB only exists in cyberspace. It is not a real document, just a forgery.

Barack Hussein Obama II [if that is his real name] wasn’t born in the United State.

Most new moms in those days shared a room with one or more other new moms at the hospital, where they stayed at least a few days. The names of other parents are listed in the same paper, so it wouldn’t be too hard to track down a few and inquire if they recall the young caucasian mom with the mixed race baby son. I recall the other moms in my room from over 40 years ago, and I’d remember a young mom like her, for sure. Just a thought.

Grandma was a “typical white grandmother” who placed it in the paper, so her friends would know that her young daughter who found herself pregnant would know she was married.

Or perhaps so they they would think her daughter was married.

Obama Sr was still married to another woman in Africa at that time.

Maybe the "announcement" was put in the newspapers so that Grandma could create the illusion that her daughter was "married" to the child's father.

The real truth may have been too embarrassing:

Barack's mom was either married polygamously to Obama Sr. (who never divorced his first wife), or not married to him at all.

By submitting her own version of the "facts" to the newspaper for publication, Grandma could have saved herself, her daughter, and her grandchild lots of embarrassment.

Large city newspapers probably don't bother to check every single birth announcement that gets sent to them anyway.

His mother wanted her son to be an American citizen whether he was one or not. Getting a Certificate of Live Birth, even back then, could be considered “proof” that her son was a citizen, no matter where he was born. It fools people in 2009. It would have fooled people in 1961....

So now you're thinking that forty-eight years ago his folks hatched this scheme to elect their son president and started it in motion back then?

The announcement was to proclaim the SOB wasn't a momzer.

It's been pointed out upthread that Obama's white maternal grandparents would have a motive for establishing Obama as a US citizen rather than as a subject in a minor African nation hell-hole, regardless of political aspirations.

But Obama apparently had the notion from very early school-boy days that he would be president. Where did such a notion come from, I wonder. Could it be from his Commie white grandparents?

No. That was the probably furthest thing from their minds.

They just wanted U.S. citizenship status to be conferred upon the child in the quickest and easiest way possible.

Think about it. Illegal aliens go to great lengths to get their children born and "registered" in the U.S.

If there is any doubt (or fear that something might not be official), people are known to take extra measures, even manufacture documents, to ensure that the child won't have "problems" in the future.

Maybe the parents/grandparents were just making sure that nothing was "left to chance."

The newspaper birth announcement is probably one of many forgeries. (Selective Service, Copy of Birth Certificate posted on fact check . org, forged birth announcement in newspaper, etc)

Obama/Axlerod/Emmanual all thought the eligibility issue would be dropped after he won. But instead, they are in defense mode. They’ve taken down the forged so called birth certificate because they are starting to realize the cover-up is just as bad if not worse than the original fraudulent act.

Stanley Anne Dunham never lived at that address listed in the newspaper announcement. The birth announcement newspaper forgery was probably created in 2008.

Rahm must have given the mainstream news organizations the go ahead to acknowledge the birth certificate rumors, but only within specific guidelines.

Let's see, we have a listing in a 1961 Hawaii newspaper that seems to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.

Still, I have this lingering, uncomfortable feeling:

If the 1961 Hawaii newspaper listing shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii, then why is Obama so reluctant to release his Hawaii long form birth certificate, a birth certificate that would strongly verify that the information listed in the Hawaii newspaper listing is absolutely correct?

But maybe there is another reason why Obama does not want the public to see his 1961 Hawaii long form birth certificate, even though the birth listing in the 1961 newspaper is absolutely correct.

The reason may have to do more with what may have happened later in Obama's life: He was adopted by stepfather Soetoro, and this adoption will be indicated on a revised version of Obama's l961 original long form birth certificate.

Think about this: While, on the one hand, the 1961 Hawaii newspaper listing could be absolutely correct when it states that Obama was born to a family named Obama, on the other hand, Obama's revised long form Hawaii birth certificate could reveal that Obama was adopted by stepfather Indonesian Soetoro just before Obama left for Indonesia when he was a little boy.

So, one reason I want to see Obama's long form birth certificate is to see if Obama was ever adopted by his stepfather Soetoro of Indonesia.

Would this Soetoro adoption, if it occurred, be bad for Obama politically? Myself, I don't know, and I don't think that I could come to such a conclusion until I saw Obama's Hawaii long form birth certificate.

Why, indeed?

But maybe there is another reason why Obama does not want the public to see his 1961 Hawaii long form birth certificate . . .

Probably several reasons, the least of which might be that the "father" that Barack so revered and wrote about in his book was a polygamist. If Obama Sr. was indeed married to Ms. Dunham, then he was married to two women at the time of Barack Jr's birth. He already had another wife in Africa in 1961, whom he never divorced. That's illegal (at least in the U.S.)

The "long" form birth certificate could provide some answers, but it could also raise some serious questions that Mr. Obama does not want to answer. So much for "transparency".
