Later today, the House will continue general debate on the American Clean Energy & Security Act, Pres. Obama's climate change legislation. The bill centers on a renewable electicity standard, encouraging the use of renewable energy and a cap-and-trade policy.

Here, it’s colder, and swealtering hot in late. Think about YOUR utility bills. Gasoline costs.

Then, there’s the extra fees and penalties now being levelled if you go over expected usage.

It is not an addendum, the 300 pages dont go in one place, they are trying to figure out where they go.

AMAZING, most expensive bill in congress today and they are down to the wire, putting an additional 300 pages into it and no one can read it because they are fixing it!

It costs me $800. a month to heat my home in the coldest months here in NY. I have 3 small kids.
If they do this I don’t know what the hell I am going to do.

Told my husband I called Castle. Well damn, husband is a constitutent too! So he asked for number and he called.

Mike Castle is a REPUBLICAN folks. From Delaware. A real Rino.

Castle has an interesting demographic in that he is Delaware's ONLY Rep in America's House, Delaware being one of the few states that has TWO senators and only ONE rep.

Castle is also actively flirting with running for senator from Delaware, figuring he might be the only pub what can beat that quasi-Biden now holding place for Beau Biden. Castle can be right about that too. Delaware natives are rare, most being transplants much like myself. They know the names Biden and Castle.

BUT....Mike Castle better watch out with this vote.

I just tuned into a guy trying to get Tauscher to say that reading the bill was worthless because the modifications have not been integrated into it yet, and all she could say was "we are following the established procedures."
