The Birth Certificate Question

http://www.theobamafile.com/ObamaLatest.htm

Saturday, June 20, 2009 5:44:05 PM · 99 of 113

We have no proof of where Obama was born. Anyone who claims that he was born in Hawaii is suffering from COLB Derangement Syndrome. Hawaii never confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, never confirmed that he has a Hawaiian long-form birth certificate or any other US birth certificate on file, or even if they have anything tangible beyond a computer record.

Most of all, Hawaii confirmed that they never released a copy of Obama’s COLB to anyone in June 2007.

Einstein could have called himself, "Humpty Dumpty," and hid his face, but that would not change the fact that he discovered E=mc². Likewise, Obama’s 2007 COLB would be just as nonexistent as if I had never discovered that it was nonexistent. But, it is a good thing that I did.

It's positively amazing the amount of effort that people have expended in defense of this piece of crap COLB image that the Poseur-in-Chief now admits to posting online. There is only one reason why, after more than a year, that only one scan image of one side only has ever been made from what is alleged to be Obama’s 2007 COLB: it doesn't exist. Obama’s 2007 COLB is a forged fake, fabricated in Photoshop, and nothing that anyone says or does can change that fact.

There is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, that the Obama Campaign would not make another, more detailed scan, including one of the reverse side of the COLB, and send that out to quiet critics. No reason, EXCEPT that the document does not exist in the real world. It only exists in the unreal, virtual world of Photoshopped fakes.

BTW, a digital photo is not the same thing as a scan image, and it most certainly cannot be used to validate a scan image. Certainly not when the document object is photographed at a steep angles from the capture device (which were intentional).

Remember that Factcheck.org did not take a digital photo of the reverse side (all that Factcheck photographed was only 1/4 of the entire back page, and only 2/3 of the Seal). Why was so little of the back page shown? Because what was photographed belonged to a different COLB!! Check it out for yourself: the Seal on the reverse side does not match the one on the front side. It is one of several, new discoveries I've made after revisitng the Factcheck photographs.

A year later after the bogus scan image was posted, THAT is exactly what people are still talking about. They are referring back to the original forged image on Fight the Smears and Factcheck. They are quoting Factcheck -- the co-conspirator in this birth certficate scam -- as having "verified" the bogus "scan image."

Recall that Factcheck claimed they photographed the same object that the Obama Campaign scanned two months earlier.

They took these photos SOLELY IN DEFENSE of the scan image that they alleged to have "validated," and to fend off the widespread criticism of the COLB as a forged image. However, they failed to "debunk" the critics. This was all part of an elaborate ruse to create the illusion that Obama had released his genuine, certified original birth certificate to the public.

What is hard to believe are the people in high places who actually believe that this document exists, but of those, here is a segment who also discount it as being proof of where Obama was actually born. COLBs are incredibly easy to get with little documentation required. And, yes, it is a well-documented fact that Hawaii was giving COLBs to foreign-born children.

But the bottom line is that the original "scan image" is what people are still talking about today, and it is an indisputable fact that Obama, or anyone else, does not have a genuine 2007 COLB document. What is posted online is as bogus as a four-dollar bill.

Obama ascended to the position of President by fraudulent means, including document fraud, Internet fraud, voter fraud, and campaign funding fraud, to name a few. The only question at hand now is whether he will be removed by invalidating his election, or by the articles of impeachment. If I were a Democratic Congressman, and I was going to be implicated in this fraud, I'd be calling for impeachment in a New York minute.

Intellius and Whitepages.com are notorious for failure to delete outdated information.

The thinking here is that the newspaper obit is legitimate, and that some other party may be engaged in some fraud in using the deceased's ID information.

BO was born in Kapiolani Hospital.

Really? Where is the proof of that from contemporaneous hospital records or from eyewitnesses to his birth? (Obviously, one's [hypothetical] courtroom testimony as to the location of his own birth cannot stand up without corroborating documentation or eyewitness testimony.) And why do we hear from BO for the first time about the location of his birth only after he has already been sworn in to office as President?

The adoption of a baby, in the United States, would make that baby a UNITED STATES CITIZEN!

Once again you post without any facts.

You could not be more wrong. There is 'in fact' a cottage industry whose sole function is to guide US adoptive parents of foreign children through the process of obtaining a visa for the child.

The visa gets them into the country but does not confer or guarantee citizenship. That status takes time and effort and is not guaranteed. It is absolutely not automatic as you say it is.

This "fact" is remarkably easy to verify on line. But, as you have shown, you find it easier to name-call than to do any work.

That is one of the best posts I've ever read, literally. I had no idea such a document existed, and it's published by the Office of the Inspector General of the US Government!

Only by hanging around on FR could you get access to such documents. I'm sure that by now, of course, every reporter in the MSM has found this document, and is busily doing research on Zero's real BC.

NOT

Obama was not elected, he came to the Presidency by a Coup de’ tat.

He came to the White House through fraud and is not president. This would be a criminal matter for he has defrauded millions of people of many millions of dollars.

What about all the people who helped him commit this fraud?

He was in Hawaii when he received his SSN. As a teenager he claims to have worked at a fast food franchise. One would assume he had to have an SSN to do so.

His grandmother was in a type of job in a bank where she had access to hundreds of SSNs. I find it peculiar that he has a non-Hawaii prefix type SSN and wonder if his grandmother had anything to do with that and how she would have arranged such a thing.

Its ok.

Many are only now catching on to the details of these issues.

First, here is the State Department form to apply for a US Passport:

http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/79955.pdf

At the time Obama was born, the adoption part of the law was different, I will grant you.

However, Indonesia, at the time Obama was adopted, did NOT allow for duel citizenship, and Indonesia did allow for the adoption of Barry Soetero, AKA Barrack Obama.

So, duel citizenship IS an issue, to many, on the POTUS issue.
Can a dual citizen be a “Natural Born Citizen”???
But, that question becomes a moot point when dealing with, perhaps, a FORMER US Citizen, (or former Kenyan) “naturalized” as a citizen of Indonesia through the adoption process of Indonesia, which does not allow for dual citizenship.

Your post has nothing to do with your (false) statement that foreign children adopted by Americans are automatically US citizens.

That is your problem...you post unsubstantiated conjecture as if it were hard fact and then you attack anybody who asks for proof.

That is childish.

Have a nice day.

You did not read my post, or the link, in that post, to the US Department of State website.

Your problem is that you are a troll.

It is not your point, here, to ever prove anything, since the facts are rarely on your side.

It is your point to get the threads that you don’t like to go “off topic” so that fewer people will read them, and so that fewer hard facts will be posted.

The US State Department application for US Citizenship CLEARLY states that an applicant can claim Citizenship due to adoption by a US Citizen.

That is a fact.

YOU are a TROLL.

"....... I realize that my certificate is NOT the original, vault copy, or even a certified copy of the vault copy. It is, however, a Birth Certificate that I used to obtain my passport."

Are you talking about the Certificate that the hospitals used to give to parents. The one with the foot print and all? If so I don't know how you got a passport by using that one, as my daughter was under the impression that was her birth certificate and tried to get her passport with it, and no way would they accept it. She had to go get a certified copy of her birth certificate before they would issue her a passport.

Simple explanation here that most people miss:

You can PHOTOCOPY the original, long form, vault copy birth certificate,

OR

You can get the State to certify various facts that are contained on the original, long form birth certificate.

There are various degrees of complexity, of these certificates, not all are enough proof, for other legal or governmental authorities.

I get you now. Yes, you can photocopy the original. Just as long as the certified seal shows up it will be accepted. I have done this with Death Certificates.

Well, you can also have the original certificate photocopied, and then have the state CERTIFY that copy.
