Obama Requires YOU to SERVE, H.R.1388, "The Give Act" to reform the National Service Laws

HR 1388, will hit the House floor on Tuesday.It is called the Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act (The Give Act.) The House is scheduled to Rule this week. Sponsored by Democrat Representative Carolyn McCarthy (NY), Education and Labor Committee. The objective is to reauthorize and reform the national service laws.

Democrat Rep. McCarthy is sponsoring the bill with 25 co-sponsors, ALL Democrats, including Charlie Rangel. Need I say more.

I agree with you 100%. I never thought I would live to see it but the cultural divide is too wide and growing. There is such anger on both sides, even in the military. To set up a ping list:

1. Start collecting names
2. Open a text editor (note pad, word pad, etc...)

This is the civilian paramilitary Corps that Obama was talking about. Acorn will be inducting and recruiting them. Whats more, Obama has billions of bucks in his budget to set it all up. Done deal. I had dinner with some friends the other explaining their son wanted to join to help pay for college. They were all excited. I am almost fainted. My husband had that look like, oh no, here she goes.
