Will it be by American soldiers, Delta Force, CIA Special Activities Division, Afghan warlords, allies,
OR
Will the FBI need to go along on the mission?
Will those sent after Bin Laden be sent as assassins?
Will those sent after Bin Laden go with the intent to capture?
Will they have to read him Miranda rights in the cave?

I think it could be that your new President probably has not given any mature thought to how the niceties of his new policies fit into practical application in the battlefield, in this case to the scenario of catching the Bad Man Himself. You wouldn’t want to, for example, have to let the Bad Man go because he wasn’t Mirandized...

One would hope. But the Bad Man is very cunning and your new President quite naive (either that or he is deliberately evil — I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for now) and Lord Knows what technicalities the Bad Man will exploit as a result.
