Generally speqking, yes but here in Illinois corruption is pretty much bi-partisan.

Who is Senate candidate 5? (Implications seem to be it’s a man)
—Emil Jones?
—Jesse Jackson, Jr.?
—Bobby Rush?
Yea. But I seriously doubt this was his first endeavor into the corrupt. He is, after all, Governor of Illinois. ;) I hope this has long term effects, but I doubt it. He is no Jack Abramhoff after all. (/sarc)
