Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

I don’t believe the announcement for today’s hearing is due until Monday.

It doesn’t look like the Supreme Court is going to do anything about Obama being an immigrant. They don’t care about Constitutional issues any more...

I don’t believe they want to deal with this even though they know they should.

The odds are in favor of them finding (inventing) some esoteric or archane legal technicality to justify not hearing the case.

LOWELL P. WEICKER JR., of Connecticut, born in Paris, was told he was eligible for the Oval Office. GEORGE ROMNEY, born in Mexico, ran for the presidency in 1968. BARRY GOLDWATER was born in the Arizona territory in 1909, before it became a state. CHESTER A. ARTHUR was born in Vermont, but rumors suggested it was Canada.

The court did decide to hear two cases, one of which is the case of Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri, an Al Qaeda combatant seized on American soil.

Well, even if the American citizen doesn't get his day in court since NO ONE has standing, at least a non-American muzzl'em terrorist DOES.

I guess that means the system still works. Uh, sort of, er... maybe...

I think if this had been a “right-winger” with the same problem, the non-”Supremes” would have spoken loudly and liberally.

You seem to be keeping up with this issue. Do you know if it is true that Obama said on his website that he was a “citizen under the 14th Amendment”?

There are still many avenues, including this one, to get the goal. The one thing I was looking forward to is perhaps a positive nod towards conferencing on the case would have forced the MSM to get more involved. We will wait until Monday and pray...prayer does work!!!!

If this case is denied and somehow Obamafraud is actually sworn in I hope that ALL defense attorneys in this country are lined up filing suits on behave of their clients. Saying all laws of the US are now null and void since the POTUS is a usurper. Let’s have a free-for-all.

I hope some court somewhere in the US will actually subpoena his birth certificate. There must be some court/judge that actually takes his oath to uphold the constitution seriously.

Also, I realize that Leo’s case is not about the birth certificate but rather natural born status.

Everyone has a responsibility to respect and abide by the Constitution.

If Berg had won at a lower court, or if Obamanation himself had admitted his Kenyan status in front of the Roman Columns, do you really think he still would've lost the election?

65 million Americans don't care if we just gave Kruschev his wish to bury us. 65 million Americans are perfectly happy to do whatever they want regardless of the Constitution. Yes they can!

The Constitution was written for an honest, intelligent and moral people. It only protects the minority if the majority agree to follow it.

Anyone thinking 9 lawyers in robes can save the Republic is whistling past the graveyard.

This country wasn't lost on 11/4/2008, nor in 2006.

It was lost a little bit at a time, every last week in May over the past 40 years when another batch of Seniors graduated government school.

Welcome to what Ben Franklin warned us about.

FRegards.

Regarding SCOTUS being silent, I just had a thought. Maybe it is better if they pass on this than rule against us. Here is the reasoning. Let’s say they rule against us. Imagine someone like Breyer writing the ruling. He could make a statement affirming that they consider Obama a natural born citizen under then Constitution and law. Then, every other court could use this as precedent to throw out future challenges. The problem with Leo’s case is it starts with the assumption that Obama was born in Hawaii, SCOTUS could acknowledge this and endanger further cases.

Sometimes silence is better..
