The court did decide to hear two cases, one of which is the case of Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri, an Al Qaeda combatant seized on American soil.

Well, even if the American citizen doesn't get his day in court since NO ONE has standing, at least a non-American muzzl'em terrorist DOES.

I guess that means the system still works. Uh, sort of, er... maybe...

We should anticipate a "crime wave" of sorts the moment that President Obama signs into law anything.

There will be at least a few lawyers working come 21 January 2009.
