I’ve read that the Obama campaign acknowledges there are glaring holes in their fundraising procedures that would allow all sorts of violations of campaign financing laws.

Their response has been that they will return those donations sometime in the future, once the election is over and they’ve had time to sort it out.

But if I do, I would be breaking US Election Laws because I am a Canadian citizen. He knows it - and I know it.
