Later tonight I will be doing the second “Nightly Bi-Poller Report” and it will be an interesting post because Gallup has come out today with a stunning poll for their ‘traditional’ (i.e., historically proven) turnout model:

Even Gallup’s fanciful ‘Extended’ turnout model took a huge dip.

Very true. I’m in my late 20s and very conservative. As are most of my friends. I’ve actually been surprised to find out how many of my peers are voting for McCain (much has to do with Palin.) Granted, we are in the south, but I just don’t believe that all younger voters are Dems.

I am gonna watch like a hawk to see how often the media calls a dual time zone state before the polls in the later time zone close. Needless to say the media standard will be based on whether a state is a traditional red or blue state.

Second largest point gain every, 936 being the record from a few weeks ago.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It is a mistake to assume the youth vote is heavily democrat anymore. The youth are much more split today.

That's true...Ron Paul pulled a lot of young people, didn't he?

I believe those Obama voters are considered Obama voters because they are Democrat.

I see him losing about 20% of his base.

That would definitely cause Obama some cause for concern, but there have been at least 32 polls of Pennsylvania since the beginning of September, according to fivethirtyeight.com, and in only one of them was Obama not leading -- a 9/14 Rasmussen poll that had the two tied. McCain's going to need to pull off a political miracle to swing that state around in the next seven days........

Not if Democrats are being oversampled.

And not if Democrats don't vote for him, as I believe many Reagan Democrats and Hillary Democrats will not do.

Kerry only took that State by 2% of the vote.

Daniel 2:47 The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth [it is], that your God [is] a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.

Obama’s past is coming back to haunt him. The more that is known about the real Obama, the more votes he loses. If not for the recent financial crisis (which the Dems created), McCain would be up by about ten points.

I’m in Ohio. Our town is heavily Republican, and so are our youth. We tend to pick conservative colleges, and if anything, our youth come home even more conservative than when they left.

There are lots of parents and college students who are turning up their noses at liberal universities, or finding their own conservative enclaves in public universities. The Christian groups tend to be Republican, and they’re exploding on campuses today.

That’s right. The PUMA voters are Dems, but they’re not voting for Obama.

Don’t feel bad. You always feel like an idiot just after you learned something. You’re actually smarter now.
