I read this tonight on the "DC Indymedia" anarchists and radical leftists website. It appears that the peace rioters were a little bit put out by the big crowd of GOE, Rolling Thunder and Freepers at Walter Reed tonight (Friday 5/25)

The right wing goon squads are out in force this weekend, and made explicit threats to follow and get physical with antiwar protesters at the Walter Reed antiwar vigil, which they attempted to disrupt.
At the Code Pink rally, they parked cars with signs blocking the view of the Vets for Peace bus, and sending cigar-smoking counterprotesters directly into Code Pink's permitted site. Calls to the police,not suprisingly, brought little relief. While there, they made explicit threats against a number of protestors, one threatening to "kick my ass."
Rolling Thunder and the POW/MIA lobby were started up by Richard Nixon's people during the Vietnam War as an explicit counterweight to the draft resistance/draft amnesty movement of that time. Then as now, beating peace protesters was a favorite tactic.
Today, the Gathering of Eagles(GOE),is a similar organization whose paymasters have been traced to the White House and possibly to George Bush himself. They were responsible for beating elders and women with flagpoles at the March on the Pentagon, while showing cowardice in the face of all those SDS kids with their shields.
Now they are making threats to beat up peace people all weekend long, forgetting that they too are vulnerable.
You see, a lot of GOE supporters also do Rolling Thunder, and those H-D motorcycles cost as much as $20,000! That's a lot of bike to leave out in the street all night while you get drunk in a downtown bar.
It would be a real shame if the expensive custom paint on one of these bikes ended up with, say, Inca's tag keyed into the gas tank and a lot of nice chrome accessories as well as the spark plug wires missing at 3 AM. Riding while drunk and literally "getting smashed" would be an even bigger shame!

I wonder if they know that bikers tend to keep a watch on their bikes. I’d pick someone else to screw with.
We had at least 46 in attendance, but it will be a few days before I can write up a report, process photos, and get the report posted.
About half of the 46 were Eagles.
Not very peaceful, are they. Picking a fight with the Eagles could be a mortal mistake.
I would pay money to see the a$$-kicking the GOE would give the peaceniks. In fact, I would pay to PARTICIPATE in it.
Maybe we could have a Pay-per-view event and donate the money to one of the wounded vets organizations.

It iz because they were destined to loose the war funding Bill, and now they are just MAD that we MAY have REAL VICTORY@!
The Code PinkOs' didn't seem to get any honks from what I could hear - they had parked their "No War!" bus (remember the one that Kristinn staged a sit-in in front of a couple of years ago?) right in front of their demonstration, blocking view of themselves; and we had our Burma Shave signs up on cars leading to the bus. So passers-by had no doubt who was "for the troops" and who was agin' em. What dummies!
I know the folks on our side had a great time. Ahhh, summer in the city.

I’ve seen some of those anarchist pro-terrorist losers in “action.” They’re cowards who like talking tough but back down with their tails tucked between their legs when confronted by a petite conservative girl.

After moving less than half a block in 20 minutes (one block away from from Moscone), a bunch of bicyclists started riding between the cars, leader with a bull horn, shouting something about taking over the streets.
He had the horn pointed back wards so I didn’t hear him coming. Durn! he got away!
However, I popped my door open in front of the third or so cyclist in the string. (I did look first to make sure he had room to stop).
He screams “You effin’ clymer!!!” (OK, I cleaned it up a little, so sue me...)
I looked up smiled sweetly and said “That makes two of us...”
Totally messed them up. They had to stop and regroup. His buds split leaving him with two young “ladies” to protect him from the mean man in the car. Boo fricking hoo
I closed the door and he started to pass by and continued to berate me. When he was adjacent to the door I popped it open at him, not to hit him, but to persuade him to move along.
He darn near fell off his bike trying to dodge me.
“We’re going to call 911!!!”
“Don’t bother, I’ll call for you” which I did. (The line was busy)
He and the two chicks decided that it was past their collective bedtimes or something and split.

Luke told the GOE guy that he wasn’t so tough, challenged him to prove him wrong. When the GOE guy called Luke’s empty bluff, Wuke folded like the wuss that he is.
As Wuke retreated into the night simply because the GOE guy had verbally whipped him, Comrade Bruce Wolf, leader of the proletariat Pinko protesters, tried to shame us.
Amazingly, Blueshirt Bruce volunteered out of the blue (what other color would he use?) that Wuke was mentally ill.
Specifically, Wolf said "you know that he [Luke] has issues."
I told Comrade Wolf that "I know all you people have issues."
Nice to see these punks taking some heat.
