Yes, that's me!

Reagan/Goldwater conservative/libertarian (emphasis on the small 'l' in 'libertarian.') I support lower taxes, gun rights, a strong military, and keeping government out of people's bedrooms.

Political-related rules that I wish certain men (emphasis on “certain”) would listen to:

1. Don’t paint all women with the same brush.
2. Quit calling us natural socialists. Most of us work and pay taxes. Some of us own businesses. Some of us hate socialism even more than you do.
3. If you’re not responsible for the sins of Slick Willy, we’re not responsible for the sins of Her Thighness.
4. There are actual women (gasp) who like guns.
5. There are actual women (gasp) who like action movies and football and hate Sex and the City and the Lifetime channel.
6. Knock it off with the “Repeal the 19th Amendment” crap. It’s never going to happen, and even if it did happen, women would still be voting in every state because every state would vote to keep it legal, as would be their privilege under the 10th Amendment. You do support states’ rights, don’t you?
7. Your ex-wife may have been very mean and nasty to you. I’m sincerely sorry if that is the case. However, I’m not her. Don’t get mad at me because of what she did.
8. If you bash military women, don't claim to "support the troops," because you don't.
9. Ahmadinejad's government executes rape victims and condones honor killings. He has no moral authority to lecture a Western government about assigning female sailors to combat ships.
10. Promoting anti-female double standards ("it's okay for men to have sex before marriage, but not for women") only provides the feminazis with more recruits.
11. This one's for the self-hating women who make things worse for other women: Your methods may earn you cheap compliments from men, but they won't earn you men's respect.
12. I will wear the abaya or burqa when someone puts one on my cold dead body.

The Anti-Bitterist

I'd like to take a moment to deliver a rant against a group of people who are bringing this country down and just generally being a real pain in the ass. I call them the Bitterists. What is a Bitterist?

- They are constantly negative, bitter, whiny, and unpleasant to be around. They have no hope for America and can't even enjoy a Fourth of July fireworks show or a Veterans' Day parade.
- They cannot be easily categorized into Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative. They take the worst traits from both sides and the good traits of neither.
- Overwhelmingly male, they blame women for all of society's problems. Many of them are bitter divorcees. They have a particular hatred for American women and fantasize about foreign brides.
- They want big government, as long as it's a big government that will use force to promote their ideology.
- They dream about returning to the "good old days," glossing over the racism, backwardness, and other problems that existed back then.
- They insist that the darker someone's skin is, the more liberal they are.
- They constantly deride science, particularly biology and medicine.
- They are fanatical isolationists who would have opposed Churchill in WW2. Many of them secretly admire Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo, but don't have the balls to admit it.
- They agree with Jeremiah Wright, Jerry Falwell, and Pat Robertson about 9/11.
- They believe that hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters that kill innocent people are some form of divine retribution against groups they personally don't like, as if God is their personal errand boy.
- They believe in kooky conspiracy theories, and constantly play the victim card, whining that the whole world is out to get them.
- Many claim to be Christian, but spend most of their time attacking other Christians who they deem not fundamentalist enough.
- Others are not religious, but in an extreme display of hypocrisy frequently cite lines from the Bible that agree with their worldview, ignoring the larger context that those lines came from, as well as other parts of the Bible that don't conform to their views.
- They are vociferously anti-Israel and often downright anti-Semitic.
- They are classic Keyboard Kommandos who type incitements to violence from the safety of their computers in their mommies' basements, hoping to spark riots which will expose others to violence.
- They curse capitalism, trying to claim that it is the same thing as materialism.
- Deep down, they hate America and believe that America is not worth fighting for. They want the Islamofascists to win.
