A registered sex offender came into our pizza shop two weeks ago. My 15 year old daughter waited on him at the counter. He asked her for sex.
I arrested him two doors down, carrying a 40 oz beer and attempting to enter a vacant house.
Oh FGS! We know the PO's can't keep up with them, and they cons know it too. Parole the non violent early, but JMJ, keep the predators locked up for life. Heck, I'd put them in the general population and let them see how long they survive. Special facilities for these monsters doesn't cut it either.

Problem is, the violent and non-violent are getting out early. Costs the State too much to keep them locked up.
They are in the same jail NOW that he has been taken into custody. Not before now, is my understanding. This man has not been in jail lately, but roaming the countryside, and actually lives in Fargo, North Dakota.
Florida tried that a couple of years back, with disasterous results.
Well they have a special facility for the "really bad ones" in Florida that are not going to be released ever. There have been some articles lately saying that they aren't getting the "treatment" they are supposed to under the Jimmy Ryce Act. They're supposed to get rehab with the hope of one day being released. I didn't like the tone of some of the public defenders comments in one of the articles and I wouldn't doubt if ACLU or some other scummy group is trying to do away with this type incarceration completely.

They cannot be cured. It's really that simple and for lawmakers or human right's groups to contend otherwise, is patently false.

Guys name is Ronald Steward. A zip code search of 44035 will bring his name and info up. My daughter is a bit nervous about going to court but she's going. Last time the guy plead innocent up to the beginning of the trial then plead out.
Hopefully he'll go away for awhile.
