Supreme Court to all murderers:
Please, please kill as many judges as you can.
You have our blessing.
(Except you can't kill us because you
don't appear before us, scumbag.)

It's very disturbing how many people around here want to do away with MvM. You don't throw away the baby with the bathwater!

Agreed. The essential distinction that's lost on most people is that of the court striking down federal laws vs striking down state laws. It's in striking down state laws that they've mostly abused their power. But they've mostly underused their power when it comes to striking down acts of Congress (which is what was at issue in MvM), especially those that are justified under the insanely broad reading of the commerce clause.

In this situation, I have to remind myself that Rehnquist is probably dying, is probably in a lot of pain, and that under those circumstances even a good man can have a bad day.

...And the court ordered prosecutors to furnish designer suits, silk dress shirts and top grain leather shoes to all defendants prior to trial date.

So it was unconstitutional to be in leg cuffs but where are the constitutional rights of the person he killed? The liberal court system and the people behind that seem to care more for the person who committed the crime than the person who the crime was committed against! Where does it end?

Sounds like he may have gotten at least a couple of attorneys I’d call that a good start. My condolences to any citizens hurt in that gun free zone. Maybe defendants should sit on judjie wodgie’s lap and pick the jury.

Nah....Tape a small explosive charge over his heart. Any movement outside a 10’ radius...poof.... instant finding of guilt.
I know that this will not be without a glitch or two, but heck, what’s a defense attorney or two going to cost us anyway. ;>)

Interesting question. Good catch by the way.
I had not noticed the article date. I simply shot from the hip as I flipped through the pages.
