The autopsy report will be just as disgusting when that comes out. All these pathetic worms have a "she's gone so let's just forget it" attitude.

*gasp* I'm shocked. Not. This is going to be swept under the rug. The woman was murdered by her husband, I'd call that extremely abusive.

First of all, nothing in this report said, "She's gone let's forget her".

Second, there are some on here who will call every piece of evidence and every opinion that doesnt' conform 110% to their expectations as part of the vast conspiracy. The problem with those folk is that they (along with their counterparts on the other side) will kill discussions of any measures to prevent this from happening again.

Every 10 years... set your watch... and remember my words when it happens again.

Is it possible that the guy never hit his wife? I was not there, and so you. So why is it almost 100% of you guys believe for sure that the husband beat her up, and put her into a coma. Then, he spent years at her bed side helping her. You guys need a hobby or something else to waste your time on.

""We feel that release of those records will be helpful for all concerned to evaluate the frivolity of the continuing investigation," attorney Hamden Baskin III told the Orlando Sentinel."

The only reason for releasing: persuasion to call off the investigation. I say one more reason to continue...guess some of us just favor the frivolous quest for truth.

Step 1: "We demand that DCF conduct an investigation!"

Step 2: "The DCF investigation finds 'NO EVIDENCE' that Terri was abused."

Step 3: "The investigation was rigged!"

His lawyer said the fractures resulted from osteoporosis caused by the woman's years of immobility and complications of her medication.

I seem to recall hearing that those bone scans were taken early in her illness, not after "years of immobility". Anyone else remeber hearing that?

Well, it looks as though the only thing we'll all agree on is that every situation, every allegation, every investigation, should have been looked into a long time ago. If it weren't for missing reports, sealed records, and investigation shut-downs causing substantial suspect in the minds of many, I guess there'd be no argument...or maybe less argument.

DCF doesn't have the best record of protecting either children or families.

Just ask Rilya Wilson.

I would take this report with several boatloads of salt.

Abrams on cable tv last night, MSNBC? Whatever, he went on and on sarcastically about the Schiavo case and how everything Michael's enemies and her family claimed had been proven to be lies. Michael, her loving husband, had done Terri a favor by killing her. Abrams was nasty, in your face about it.

State investigators found no evidence that Terri Schiavo had been abused or exploited by either side of her family

No bruises found in the ashes?

I read the story and your comment. I don't plan to read the rest because no telling who showed up. It does not matter what these report say, what the autopsy will or will not say.

It is still wrong to starve someone to death for weeks. Nothing will ever make that right.

No, she wasn't abused. They just allowed her to be dehydrated and starved to death.

WAIT A MINUTE..............

The major charges of ABUSE were MADE WAY BEFORE TERRI was EVER slapped into a HOSPICE DEATH HOUSE In HOPES SHE WOULD DIE?

WHAT ABOUT THE ABUSE OF SIMPLY BEING PUT ILLEGALLY IN A HOSPICE??????

WHAT ABOUT THAT??????????????????????

WHY WAS A HEALTHY WOMAN WITH A BRAIN DISABILITY PUT, ILLEGALLY IN A HOUSE OF DEATH WERE EVERY PATIENT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE SIX MONTHS OR LESS TO LIVE?

WHAT ABOUT THAT?

WHAT ABOUT THAT AS ABUSE?

WHAT ABOUT IT????

And what about Charles LaBelle, who investigated early claims of abuse by michael the monster, said that he could NEVER FINISH ANY INVESTIGATION REGARDING TERRI BEcAUSE MICHAEL SCHIAVO NEVER< EVER< NEVER ALLOWED any investigator ACCESS TO TERRI?????????

THE THEN SHERIFF OF PINELLAS COUNTY.....one SHERIFF RICE, a buddy of GREER, a CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTOR OF GREER, A MAN WHO WORKED WITH MICHAEL SCHIAVO's CONCUBINE's MOTHER, FOR 20 YEARS..............ALWAYS STOPPED ANY CALL FOR INVESTIGATION!

THE ABUSE COMPLAINTS WERE LEVELED WAY BEFORE THE YEAR 2000..............AND GREER KNOWS THIS........

SOMEONE HAS GOT TO GET LABELLE TO COME FORWARD..............

I am much more interested in any abuse that occurred prior to 1999. I see that was excluded from examination.
