As I understand it, DCF did not conduct an investigation after Terri's death -- this is stuff that was sealed long ago and is now being released. I could be wrong about that, but that is what I gather. Note,also, it just refers to her recent treatment -- not to any allegations about how she collapsed in the first place, or how she was cared for before she was moved to the hospice. The report says it refers to complaints filed since 2001.
Step 4. Be tolerant of people who don't have a clue what kind of idiots are in the DCF in FLorida and the history of liberal lunacy this agency has.

as one who has worked for 30 years with children's services, I can tell you they are a less than professional bunch!!!!!!!!
