Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
When she gives up the ghost are you still going to be around her for the fight or are your feelings going to be too hurt to support the Republican Governor of Florida and his Brother the President?

Thanks. Yes I know it must be six months or less, signed by a physician. My sister elected that as she was dying in end stage CHF about six months ago. The hospice people would not talk to us until the doctor signed. Medicare pays for hospice but not long term care. This aspect of this situation should surely be explained to the public.
Anyone with two functional brain cells can understand the glaring conflict. If she is PVS, why the morphine? If Felos and SCUMBAG thinks she needs the morphine, then that proves they have lied through their teeth and she is being murdered.

It came about because Michael hired George Felos, who happened to be the director of the board of the hospice where Terri was admitted illegally. Felos is a famed right-to-die lawyer in Clearwater.
He does that whenever he gets a bee in his bonnet, or when he thinks the jig may be up.
The Schindlers are a lot nicer and more law-abiding than I would be in that situation. My prayers and throughts go out to them.

That's because the head of the DCF is one of Greer's 'contributors'. Another member of the circle jerk team, including Schiavo/Felos/Greer/McCabe/Sheriff and the list goes on.
Well, if this isn't enough for DCFS to go in and get Terri now than I don't know what is!
I was invited off this thread myself, because discussing my opinion about the legal ina and outs was deemed off topic, and if I persisted I would regret it. Some folks are letting their emotions get the better of them, regarding civil discourse on this topic. That's understandable, and I give them a pass, but it is unfortunate.
We must be having victory...until things started to turn the naysayers stayed away and we were able to fellowship and pray together and encourage one another in the saving of a human life.
My suggestion: Please ignore those who are here to cause dissension and trouble. Don't respond. This has been a public service announcement.
Thanks for the post, atruelady. If the worst should happen, will the Government be able to keep MS from cremating her and doing the autopsy that MS is trying so hard to avoid? I know that older insurance policies usually have an autopsy clause. I wish she had one of those older health insurance policies that requests an autopsy.
And who recommended FELOS to SCHIAVO?
