Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

I cannot repeat in public what "I" really think of Judge Greer. So I will refer to him as you did. He is a VILE, HIDEOUS, MONSTER. Even THAT doesn't do him justice.
Attorney Gibbs was also good. Except that he got those dates wrong about when Terri was upset by her friend's off color remarks about Karen Ann Quinlan. It wasn't 1976. It was 1983 when Terri was 19.

Hi nicmarlo, I see you have gravitated over here too. I must check in with my DD friends. It's just that THIS is going on NOW. And Yes, I'm sure that's why MS wants the device left in. ANYTHING to damage Terri further or perferably kill her. He is evil personified along with all those wicked ones in high places.
The way I'm looking at it, is that if Greer didn't order a stay now that this is in the public's eye, Jeb would have absolutely every right to put Terri in protective custody while the investigation is ongoing. If Greer pushes Jeb, Jeb will know what to do.

Saundra did you read what Alan Keyes had to say about what Governor Bush COULD and SHOULD do? There is NOT A SINGLE LEGAL hindrance in place to prevent the Governor from taking charge of this RIGHT NOW. In fact, he stated that he has the DUTY to over ride or outright ignore these out of control evil judges. The way it stands, UNELECTED Judges are ACTUALLY GOVERNING the State instead of the Governor and Legislature. The Governor HIMSELF can institute a Protective Order TONIGHT and remove Terri from that Death Chamber.
Grounds for loss of custody and criminal action in fifty states.

George Noory will have open lines for all for hours tomorrow night. So make those calls!
Even on nights with a guest, he usually manages to get in 1/2 hr. or more of open lines in the 1st hour. So, MAKE THOSE CALLS!

I see your point, and I don't disagree with you, but given the RINOs and the deadline, sending in a SWAT team may be the only real option for keeping Terri alive.
The entrenchment of evil When I was a liberal, I used to believe many things that today seem absurd. One very dangerous belief could be expressed as

Liberals have an inherent belief that they can alleviate their guilt by convincing themselves and others that what they did was somehow okay. They believe that if they can convince enough people that what they did was morally okay, that will somehow make it so. This provides some short-term relief, but the guilt returns with a vengeance, compelling people to go further and further in their efforts to pretend that what they did was okay, even though they know it wasn't.
The irony, of course, is that sinners can be forgiven of their sins if, and only if, they admit that what they did was wrong. Unfortunately, this is the exact opposite of what liberalism compels them to do. Rather than trying to prevent others from making the same mistakes, liberals try to encourage them to do so. Liberals believe that if enough people make the same mistake, the punishment will be lessened. They also believe that one who says "Do as I say, not as I did" is a hypocrite, even though the true hypocrite is someone who tells others to do as he did while declining to inform them of the consequences.
I am reminded of a scene from The Adventures of Hucklyberry Finn. I don't remember the details perfectly, but Huck FInn et al. staged a play that was, to put it bluntly, a scam. Before the audience could attack him, however, he suggested that if the audience attacked him everyone in the audience would have to admit to their neighbors that they were dumb enough to get scammed. Better to instead rave about the show, so the neighbors will get scammed too. That way nobody will be able to laugh at anyone else (excluding Finn et al. who could laugh at everyone).
People need to realize that almost any sin committed out of naïveté--even murder--can be forgiven if one is sufficiently contrite and seeks atonement. The greater the sin, and the greater the degree of knowledge when the sin was committed, the greater the required level of contrition. To achieve forgiveness, whether from God or from oneself, however, one must not try to convince others that what one did was right, but one must admit instead that it was wrong.
If people could grasp that simple fact--that forgiveness comes through contrition and repentence--many of the evils of the world would fade away. Unfortunately, many people's eyes are still counted to the truth.
Perhaps I did not make myself clear. I didn't claim that Michael ordered them to feed her by mouth and they ignored his order and put in a tube. I tried to say just the opposite. Michael wanted the tube in for the reasons I stated - her case was a difficult one and I'm sure he was told that she might die if the feedings weren't taken properly by her body. Micheal wanted her dead, but NOT THAT WAY!. He could be liable and the care facility could be liable. And the facility did not want that to happen either(her to die THAT WAY); you see, then, Michael and the staff would have agreed on the feeding tube. And the neat part for them, too, is how George Felos got this inserted in a bill that feeding tubes be considered artificial means of prolonging life, when they never had before. And the best part was they had Judge Greer in their pocket to bring about Terri's death "legally", and under claim that Terri herself would want her own death.
I can't open this document either but I will be ECSTATIC if they have FINALLY used their authority and told this UNELECTED poor excuse for a Judge, that he does NOT have the power that he thinks he does. The MOST INCREDIBLE statement of many that Greer has made is this: The law of this case is that Terri Schiavi will die!!!!!!! The LAW?? HIS Law maybe, but THE Law. About time the appropriate branch of Government stepped in and said "NO"!!
Quinlan motion filed in 1975.
Terri expressed disapproval of Quinlan's parents' action in 1982.
Quinlan died 1985.
Greer is/was under delusion Quinlan died in 1976.
QED Greer not only ignores law but also misrepresents facts.
Remove him and give the Schindlers custody.
