This document is just a "cover letter" for the "National Guard Documents" of President Bush. It was written "recently" to summarize President Bush National Guard service. It is not an old document and it is not a forgery.

So now the 1984 campaign letter where Kerry wants to cut every military program, and his 2004 website where he listed himself as the chair of the Intel subcommitte are fair game. Who is the liar now?
