Looks like Vice President Pence at this point.Many of you wanted Newt.But either way,both will be in the administration. But with Pence, the leftist loonies wont be able to find any scandals in his past. The man is clean!,Married his high school sweetheart, still together,great political record. Guess now we just wait and see what Debbie Wasserman will have to say about the Honorable Mike Pence.
As usual, they will make something up out of thin air.

Debbie Wasserman will claim that Mike Pence was born in Austria and was involved with the assassination of both JFK and MLK.
Indiana passed a religious freedom law which was said to target homosexuals. So the liberals will run with that issue if nothing else.
So I know exactly what Newt is talking about. People do not like to listen.
I’ve just read their comments. They don’t like Pence.
If they can’t find anything they’ll yell “cover up”!

I think they FEARED Pence the most just because of that.
They were counting on Trump picking someone they could label (rightly or wrongly) as a FLAKE or at least a LIGHTWEIGHT. People like Palin, Newt, even Jeff Sessions.
But they know they can’t hold a candle to Pence, so THEY ARE BEAT. But don’t get me wrong, I realize that Pence is far from a brim-and-firestone conservative, but his job will be to take orders from Trump and go to funerals.
He is a GREAT PICK.

Pence collapsed like a $2.00 beach chair when challenged on the Indiana RFRA.
In doing so, he threw the conservatives/evangelicals who stood with him down the stairs.
As an evangelical, I haven’t forgotten that and, I suspect, neither have a lot of my brethren.
Trump risks a lot by picking the milquetoast coward Pence—Notably his image of a no-holds barred leader.
Oh well, they will just have to get over it
