Republican presidential candidate, businessman Donald Trump, speaks at an event sponsored by the Greater Charleston Business Alliance and the South Carolina African American Chamber of Commerce.
Real-estate tycoon Donald Trump retains a significant lead over his Republican rivals, according to a new poll from Suffolk University and USA Today. About 23.5% of likely Republican voters in the poll said they prefer Trump as the Republican Party's nominee. Trump leads retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, who each received about 13% support. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida), at 9%, and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R), at 8%, round out the top five in the poll.

If he wasn’t self-funded, this might not be happening. So many thanks to Donald. He’s the “Real Deal”.
MSM and its headlines.
His cred went up with the tax plan announcement.
More presidential.
I was listening to WMAL this morning in the D.C. area, and one of the commentators kept saying Donald was slipping and asked how callers felt about that. Every caller was on Donald’s side.
WE ‘The Trumpsters’ are right behind you...supporting you, and knocking back the lies and hits you are taking, we are hitting and knocking back also....
We love ya Trump and we want Trump 2016!!! All the way to the White House.....
The only thing slipping are the media head brain cells.

8 percent for Jebbie just might be enough to nominate him in the mixed-up world of Republican politics.
If so Trump would be fully justified in running third party, and he would take a LOT of pubbies with him, including me. No Jeb, none, zero, nada, fuggedaboudit.
You hit the nail on it’s head.
1. 100% self funded....no rich donors demanding to expand H1-B visa’s for cheap labor express, allow export of factories to foreign lands which takes away middle class jobs.
2. Better name recognition than any other candidate running except perhaps Bush.
3. Fearless! Not afraid to confront any adversary or the media.
4. Only candidate using the word “DEPORT” in his campaign.
5. Only candidate who has actually built WALLS before.
6. Willing to sacrifice his $400 million income for $0.4 million salary of president, which he will donate to US Treasury.
7. Willing to take a huge hit due to proposed income tax rates in order to HELP middle & lower income achieve UPWARD MOBILITY and hopefully get off dependence on government handouts.
8. Not a necon, unlike Bush & Rubio who are itching to fight more wars in the middle-east, on credit card, and get paid nothing!
9. Only candidate who wants to stop China & others from UNFAIR trading practices resulting in humongous trade deficits every year. These deficits have consequences, as foreigners own more and more of USA.
Trump should get hold of a Harley (the motor cycle) and ride around on it. He will connect with all motor cycle fans. But then he is 69, and remembers well what happened to John Kerry riding a bicycle.

ME TOO!!! People for get that when Perot was running in 1992 he hit 25% in a THREE WAY RACE. He had a damn good chance of taking the big prize...but he imploded (or, more likely, simply didn’t want the job). I HATED HIM because he was both a nutcase and much more liberal than Bush-Sr.
Trump is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. He is, clearly, not a nutcase, and he is MORE CONSERVATIVE on virtually all non-social issues than Republican Donors permit Republican candidates to be. He can KICK TOTAL ASS in a 3-way race, although I still prefer him to win as a Republican, and CLEAN UP that party in the process.
Bill O didn’t like Trump calling Rubio a “Clown” (an insult to all clowns out there by the way—Rubio isn’t Funny). Maybe Trump should call Rubio a “Pinhead”? Or to continue the Circus metafore “A Fake Strong man with balloons for weights” Or maybe a “Geek” that will bite the heads off live Chicks for votes.
