Bill O’Reilly warns GOP that Donald Trump will turn them into the party of “racist brutalizers”

On “The O’Reilly Factor” Thursday night, host and new favorite Coulter punching bag Bill O’Reilly expounded on the difference between “Trumpians” and Democrats, and warned Republicans that the real estate mogul’s brand of undisciplined extremism could hurt the party whose nomination he currently seeks.

After rattling off the predictable litany of Republican complaints about Obama’s economic and foreign policies — the suggestion being that Democratic party is weak on both fronts because of the president’s reckless, ignorant actions — O’Reilly claimed that “it should be easy for the Republicans to win the presidency in 2016, but that’s not how it’s shaking out.”

“Donald Trump,” he said, “has bludgeoned the GOP establishment by seizing on a number of emotional issues that conservatives are furious about. His brand of straight talk blows traditional politicians away, making them seem small and dull.” While that might sound like the sort of thing O’Reilly would gladly cheerlead, he argued that it “may be good news for the Democrats.”

The reason? Because “there’s an over-the-top element to Trump’s rhetoric and support.” O’Reilly singled out Trump’s claim that that the 14th Amendment doesn’t apply to the children of illegal immigrants as being particularly without merit — a position which put him at odds with guests and panelists on all of Fox News’ other editorial programs.

The amendment clearly states, O’Reilly said, that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.” Anyone who tries “to parse the amendment will fail, and it’s a waste of time.”

“It also,” he added, “gives the left ammunition,” noting that an editorial in the New York Times “demonizes the Republican party for Trump’s immigration plan.” That, O’Reilly said, will allow the Democrats to “turn defeat into victory by portraying Trump and the entire Republican party as racist brutalizers.”

The GOP, he concluded, will lose the very winnable 2016 election “if they out-extreme their far-left competition.”

O’Reilly is very disappointing at times. Okay, most of the time. Here he’s worse than the Democrats but I suspect what he is doing is channeling GOPe.

While I think Trump is not 100% conservative I do believe that he is a true American patriot that will do his best for the country. I trust him more the GOP by a long shot.

While O’Reilly wants to appear to be a neutral journalist, he is exposing himself as to what we’ve known him to be all along: a tool of the left. Remember, he was the guy with the telephone in one hand and his other in his pants talking to the babe. He’s a fraud.

When this was written people in Indian tribes were not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. So indian babies didn’t become citizens. As I recall, Mexicans weren’t subject to our jurisdiction then and aren’t now. Walking across a border where you could legally be tossed right back into Mexico with force is somehow magically supposed to change that?

Give me break.

Imagine an indian walking outside the reservation and having a baby. A new American citizen for the 1860’s? I think not.

As usual the GOP is playing right into the hands of the left by bashing the front runner. But it is still early...5 months till primaries. But you know they will double down on attacks.

Well a Hispanic woman is defending Trump on CNN. She worked in his company and says he will fix America and end corruption.
