GOP 2016 frontrunner Donald Trump appeared on this Sunday's Meet the Press and when asked about the Black Lives Matter movement in America, proved he was just as clueless as the rest of the talking heads on the right with this response to host Chuck Todd.
CHUCK TODD: And, again, I know we're going to get into a lot more issues with you in a couple weeks. But I want to ask you about Black Lives Matter. The latest shooting of a white police officer shooting an unarmed black man. Do you see this as a crisis in America?
DONALD TRUMP: It's a massive crisis. It's a double crisis. What's happening and people. You know, I look at things. And I see it on television. And some horrible mistakes are made. At the same time, we have to give power back to the police because crime is rampant. And I'm a big person that believes in very big-- you know, we need police.
And we need protection. Look, I look at some of the cities. You look at Baltimore. You look at so many different places in this country. Chicago. Certain areas of Chicago. They need strong police protection. And those police can do the job. But their jobs are being taken away from them. At the same time, you've got these other problems. And there's no question about it. They are problems. There is turmoil in our country.
CHUCK TODD: Do you understand why African Americans don't trust the police right now?
DONALD TRUMP: Well, I can certainly see it when I see what's going on. But at the same time, we have to give power back to the police because we have to have law and order. Hundreds of killings are in Baltimore. Hundreds of killings are in Chicago. And New York is not doing so great in terms of that front. And so many other cities.
We have to give strength and power back to the police. And you're always going to have mistakes made. And you're always going to have bad apples. But you can't let that stop the fact that police have to regain some control of this tremendous crime wave and killing wave that's happening in this country.
Of course potted plant Chuck Todd didn't bother to ask him who supposedly took that power away from the police.
No other candidates will ignore the minority vote and go 100% for the White vote. Without that additional 4% of the White vote the GOP cannot beat Hillary or Biden.
The cops have more than enough power as it is. This isn’t about the cops, it about the society that coddles these criminals.

We’ve been lectured to by the Democrats, the Media, our employers, even our friends so much that our beliefs are full of crap. So when a politician seemingly comes out of nowhere and says the same - we cannot believe it’s true.
So it must be a trick to keep us away from Cruz (or Walker), even though if we, to a person, had Trump’s money, would want to do what he’s doing so as to leave our kids and grandkids a country.

I am no apologetic for cops but the truth is that most cops sign on to make a difference and help the community. They sure don’t do it for the $38,000 per year or whatever.

It does not matter what Trump says to a few people. Those “few” people are supporters of some other candidate, and their candidate has tanked since Trump rose like the Phoenix. They are angry and frustrated of how a non-politician can get ahead of their professional politician.
Only tool they have left is to say “Trump is not conservative”. And they dig up some old quotes as proof, but they completely ignore what Trump is saying NOW. Why Trump is not allowed to evolve when Ronald Reagan was allowed to evolve from a democrat union official into a republican. Seems like desperation to me.
Desperation and denial. The elite, probably since Reagan, have not allowed anyone to rise through the ranks unless they're thoroughly bought and paid for before they get to DC. They don't seem to believe there's such a thing as someone in politics they can't turn.
