None of the candidates running and I do mean none of them are anti immigration. Some want amnesty. Others want to expand legal immigration. In my. view the uniparty has decreed that The Spice Must Flow, and that’s just the way it is.

If immigration is your big issue, then plan on being disappointed. Sad to say, but that’s just where we’re at.

I indoctrinated my 2 kids early on. One of them is in law school. Not many foreigners know American law. The other one is studying to be a physician’s assistant. The success or failure in that field will depend on the ability to be a good doctor so you can attract and retain patients.

Computer programming does not require 4 years of college plus 3 or 4 more years of higher education. Do not expect to make $50/hour. Those days are long gone. Massively over-populated countries of China and India have millions of computer programmers walking the streets. If they do not do well in their home countries, they come to USA and can find work because they work so cheap.

H1-B’s are supposed to be for skills that nobody else has. Not for driving down wages of the Americans with the same skills.

And most understand that's total bull sh**.

As for cultural assimilation, workers coming on H-1B visa are more likely to assimilate than the other one million legal immigrants who gain entry as relatives of naturalized and birth American citizens. Most have no marketable skills. Yet they are given permanent resident status! The H-1B visa is a temporary status. Most do not gain permanent status and go back home.

You must be joking! There is not one marketable skill for which no Americans are available. I was granted green card not because my engineering skills were absent in this great country. It was only because there was a demand for my type of skills, and the supply was short.

There are 10 million computer programmers walking the streets of China & India. American Computer programmers must understand, there is excess supply, and days of $50/hour wages are long gone.

Now it comes out...”I was granted a green card”.

How about just saying thank you?

I’ll state it for you simply: H1-B’s should not be allowed in this country to take jobs away from Americans. I will not vote for a candidate who will allow that to continue.

"The success or failure in that field will depend on the ability to be a good doctor so you can attract and retain patients."

A Pakistani Doctor, imported H-1b, will work for $60/hr.

Why would anyone incur $200k in debt to get paid $60/hr?

That's encouraging. If you don't mind, a couple more questions.

Do you support adding the equivalent of a major city per year, consisting of approximately one million people each to America? (This does not include all those government exempts routinely)

Will you vote for a candidate who supports the continued endless flood of people entering America legally, under very questionable Federal laws?

Just curious, thanks.

I though my point was clear:

I do not support illegal immigration.

I do not support amnesty, a path to citizenship, “the Dream”, or any other policy that lets illegal immigrants stay in the U.S.

I do not support any program that brings in foreigners to take American jobs. (If there is truly any area where not enough skilled Americans can be found, then yes, bring in foreign workers. BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW).

The corporation who employed me needed me more than I needed them. I had other job offers. The only person I thanked was the judge who swore me in for US citizenship.

You will to ask the Pakistani Doctor that question.
However $60/hr = $120,000 per year, so $200,000 debt is not
a huge burden for him/her.

Liberals keep squawking about how the immigration
system is “broken”, it’s only broken because it’s
NOT being enforced.

GoTED2016.

I apologize as maybe I wasn't clear.

My questions to you above were regarding government sponsored legal immigration.

Or were you just evading the questions?

I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
