If that is the manner of how Nancy Pelosi speaks, with the pauses, stuttering, stammering and "Brain Stoppages" as she was trying to explain to us that she never heard of Jonathan Gruber, you would think it was time for her to retire. And to think there was once a time when she was third in line for the Presidency? And this also applies to Harry Reid, then again, we all share the same opinions of "Prince Harry".

She always stutters and spammers. She can’t remember the last lie she told. When you lie you talk like she does because you have brain cramps trying to remember what you said in the past. When you tell the truth the words come out easier.
She looked and sounded awful. In other words, she looked and sounded normal
and to think of the millions of Americans around 80 that would make Pelosi seem like a three year when when it comes to general conversations.
