Mike Pence the 2 term governor of the state of Indiana. He has conservative credentials. Freepers ? if he were to run in 2016 would you support him and vote for him ? He is what we have been looking for ? does he have any weak points ? What if he were to ask Ted Cruz to run on a 2016 ticket with him ?

Pence is fine….worrying about ‘16 before ‘14 happens is not….
Still would rather have Scott Walker who has been through hell and back. He is tested practically nationally because of the recall. What do we know about Pence? Is he going to turn out like Cruz who is now a disappointment by FREEPERS who just yesterday thought he was incredible?

Walker is an amnesty supporter. Leave him in Wisconsin, where he can do the most good.
I don’t want ANY shamnesty guy anywhere near the federal government.
Even Cruz is for amnesty. Immigration won’t be an issue in 2016. It will be over due to the Republicans headed by Cruz wants illegal immigration reform. So until probably 2050 immigration is over.
I definitely prefer Governors, especially two-term governors to be the candidate.
Pre-Fox News I saw Brit Hume speak at a conference. He said the best reporters were those who had served on the Hill since they heard all the discussions and details of Bills.
Mike Pence has that advantage AND the advantage of having governed a state.

Pence was my first choice for 2012, and he’s my first choice for 2016.
I would like to see Susana Martinez on the ticket, but right now I want to see good people running for Congress, and see if the Republican Party and conservatives can keep from self destructing.
not in this case, because what does or does not happen in ‘14 will decide which “rows” the ducks are in. Anything now is premature, and tends to put personality over ideas….which is the playground of the smaller mind.
