not in this case, because what does or does not happen in ‘14 will decide which “rows” the ducks are in. Anything now is premature, and tends to put personality over ideas….which is the playground of the smaller mind.
Unfortunately, the smaller minds outnumber the larger minds, and will vote in 2016 on the basis of everything except ideas. Even Ronald Reagan became President, not because of the Laffer curve, but because he had a great personality and Jimmy Carter looked like everyone's dour uncle.
Cruz has the personality; Walker has (less, but enough of) the personality; Palin has the personality. Any two of the above, with the third in the Senate (which would mean Palin running in AK this year, or Walker in WI in '16), and we would have a chance against Vote-For-Me-Because-I'm-Not-A-Man.
