News Desk adds: Sources said the video tape received by the US Consulate a few days ago showed Pearl interviewing some one when an unidentified person pulled his head back from the hair and severed his head with a knife. The consulate was trying to establish veracity of the tape for the last few days. at the end if this story..HERE
Nothing is too low for these terrorist maggots. Someone here linked the details of what happened to those german and japanese passengers on that egyptian bus tour a few years ago. I still shudder thinking about it.
Hell must be stoking some giant coals and uranium cores in anticipation for the arrival of these guys.
However, most of my reserve and tendencies to hold back on this group is gone! This murderous action may be the last of my resistance to join you in what you have posted.
Up to now, I have reserved my hatred to the Islamic fanatics who have vowed to kill all Americans. If the Muslim community does not separate itself from these murderers in a rapid and clear and measureable way. I will be there with you in short order!

To have one's face slapped in Jesus' day meant then what it means today: it's an insult. "Turning the other cheek" means that we should tolerate insults, to some degree anyway. It has nothing to do with pacifism.
After all, Jesus told soldiers to be fair and not to be extortionists. He didn't tell them to lay down their arms.

I'm afraid that if we could go back in time and tape most Mullahs here and over there. We would hear nothing but hate for us and threats of death and body harm to us and our family members!
Years ago in the late 1960's and early 1970's we had friends in the state department. They spent a lot of time in the middle east. This couple predicted this era of violence back then. That was based on the religion of hatred towards Americans, Jews everywhere and of course the Israelis! They saw young 3 and 5 year old Arab boys who hated them and wanted to kill them. Their parents said nothing when these future terrorists threatened to kill them.

From the beginning I wanted to believe the fundamentalists were just a bad subset of the Islamic culture.
After:
Educating myself, studying the history and attempting to read the Koran (Quran).
Seeing act after act of aggression around the globe perpetrated in the name of Islam.
Not seeing an equitable opposition from the supposed "moderate" Islamics
Seeing supporters of Islam dance in the streets as our towers collapsed, with blood on their hands...
And now this.
It's obvious to see: To support Islam is to support that which is Evil.
These murderers had the stones to video tape this atrocity and laugh in our face and in the face of all that is good.
I am convinced there is no option
The best war that Bush could wage would be to stop squandering his considerable politcal capital and use the bully pulpit to take on the issue of ANWR and energy self-sufficiency. We need to exit the middle east, taking with us not only our oil dollars but all the foreign aid we continue to pour into nations such as Egypt and Saudia Arabia.
Let the Arabs kill each other. If the terrorism still persists, begin taking out cleric schools and mosques. But for heaven sakes, lets stop putting American lives at risk to defend oil we do not own.
It isn't the actions of criminals claiming to act in the name of religion. It's the overall lack of response by the rest of the believers. Consider the turmoil over what it means to be a Christian. People calling themselves Christians do commit violent acts occasionally, but they are publically denounced.
I am waiting for Muslims to drive the hatemongers out of their temples. When I see Islamism reduced to the scope and status of the KKK, I will rethink my position.

No they don't. There are lots of crimes that are committed by muslims where there is no mention whatsoever of the religion including this one. These people were identified BY THE PRESS as religious fanatics when in reality they are simply thugs and their religion doesn't enter into the equation.
