Kudos to Sarah for saying this but, sadly, like most politicians who say sensible things, she longer is running for, nor holds, public office.

Here in Kentucky we remember and respect the idea that some folks would rather be right than be President.

Agree with the part about bringing the troops home and stop waisting money on foreign wars.

It’s too bad he doesn’t know where to draw the line, because Ron Paul really does have the right idea about a lot of stuff. He just crosses over into the “nut” zone too often to have credibility with a lot of people.
Rand Paul is a lot better.

Well that is a willful misreading of what Palin actually said. She was praising Paul for pushing that the President needed to get Congressional approval for his actions. She was not blanket endorsing Paul’s “Blame America First” nuttiness

Hannity in a radio interview with Dr. Paul this week sided with Dr. Raul, as Paul got to give his full story not just the clips of quotes that were always played. Hannity said he agreed with Dr. Paul, if our fighting men and women were not given the tools and direction necessary they needed to win a war then they should not remain. When Afghanistan was showing real success, we suddenly focused on Iraq. Paul's Interview with Hannity was an eye opener for me, and I am not dismissing him as I once was. They both agreed perhaps they agreed on more than they had thought, as both had made biting comments about one another. Paul's son had prompted his father to be on the show.
Dr. Paul also said we could balance the budget in 3 years under his plan, 8 years under another plan his son and Hannity supported which Dr. Paul said was a excellent plan as well.
Hannity [a registered conservative] said he wanted Ron Paul to appear on his show more often, as it would get his message out to a larger viewing audience. Paul said he would take it under consideration.
I agree with Palin if she was refering to this interview of this week. She is part of the Fox team.
This is the Ron Paul economic plan in agreement.
The interview is here but I am not an Insider.

Sarah appears to agree with Ron Paul on this narrow issue, but no one should state or imply that she agrees with Ron Paul on all or even most foreign relations issues.
To: Captain Kirk
Sarah can put lipstick on Paul but he’s still a nut (who has occasional moments of clarity).

She’s right and Paul’s right. Obama didn’t care about the Congress or the American People while he pursued his Libyan adventure.

Ron Paul's Meet the Press interview today Excellent!
There isn't one ounce of crazy in this guy. He understands foreign policy and our history overseas. The rest are either bought, nuts or incompetent on foreign policy and the economy.

Gee, I thought we were more interested in those NOT in political office and outside the beltway type. Does that only apply to certain people now?
I guess, Captain Kirk, "We the People", is on the back burner as far as your are concerned.

I’d rather have her as a commentator. She’d both have and be more fun as one.

Misleading Headline Alert?
I doubt Sarah Palin with throw Israel under the bus like Ron Paul would. Would she withdraw all our troops from Iraq and Afghanistan? I doubt it.
