Governments have no answers to this one. That’s why they universally try their damnest to keep a lid on it. On this issue, the government is reduced to a subservient level like you and I. It’s an awfully humbling realization for sociopaths.

I’ve never heard the government suggest any answers. They’re as clueless as everyone else is - unless it’s our own ‘secret weaponry’.
