I decided not to consider joining an Episcopal congregation due to their wokeism.
It’s NOT soft. It is Soviet behavior.
The UK should disestablish the Anglican church as the official state religion. They should also eliminate the religious requirements for holding public office including public titles. Even better they should abolish the monarchy.
I remember back in 1978 I admired the beautiful Episcopal Church situated near the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. But my political mentor told me it had been “taken over” by homosexual activists (yes, even back then).

Having been raised in a rather spartan non-denominational church, I enjoy the liturgy of the Episcopal church. I just can’t stomach the paganism masquerading as wokeism that is in the modern Episcopal church. As my wife was born in Ukraine, we got our son baptized in the local Orthodox church just a few weeks ago.

The Queen is the head of their Established Church of England. How can she let her Arch Bishops destroy their faith?

These titles date back to the reign of King Henry VIII, who was initially granted the title 'Defender of the Faith' in 1521 by Pope Leo X. When Henry VIII renounced the spiritual authority of the Papacy in 1534 he was proclaimed 'supreme head on earth' of the Church of England. On the advice of the Prime Minister The Queen appoints Archbishops, Bishops and Deans of the Church of England, who then swear an oath of allegiance and pay homage to HerMajesty. Church of England deacons and parish priests also swear an oath of allegiance to the Sovereign.
I left the Episcopal church because of their wokeism.
They are NOT of God.
If you think it's bad now, just wait til Charles is coronated.
The perv stuff needs to be outlawed again.
Why?
The Queen is not the boss. Parliament is the boss. England (and by extension, UK and its territories) has been a Constitutional Monarchy since, oh, 1688. The Royal Family are diplomats and patrons of industries and charities, not legislators.
Nothing “soft” about it.
Or crowned.
It is coming and we know it. The Dems have been voicing some kind of “tracking” for some time now and they are all for it. It will be introduced as a voluntary devise or implant that will make something very convenient and save time and help keep you safe. Then it will become mandatory. It will start slow and easy and catch on with the woke crowd which will then demand everyone have it.

I note that the mayor of London is a Muslim. Is there a requirement that days you can’t be an atheist to hold office?
