What exactly is a hysterectomy on a genetic male who “identifies as female”.
Is that a “reversal” of what was physically done to make some of his body parts look female?? Somehow I don’t think that’s the case, so I can only scratch my head wondering exactly what they do mean.
Misuse of language. She is a woman, not an any-kind-of-man.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. I thought the person was a genetic male who “identifies as female”, not as the case really is, of a genetic female who “identifies as male”.
So, in THAT case, I guess the hysterectomy is part of “transgender” surgery, to mutilate HER female organs (I guess because pretending to a male is more difficult when you menstruate every month).
I understand the hospital’s position against mutilating the woman’s body, just to satisfy her obsession to pretend to be male.
Oh what a web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.
After the hysterectomy the should keep the uterus and throw the rest away. It would probably contribute more to society.

So they mean a biological female.
So you can sue because a hospital refuses to perform a risky and unnecessary procedure, for which, if it is botched they can be sued, and the lack of medical necessity will be prima facia evidence of negligence.
But Sean Hannity says that RUSSIA is the evil power, and our enemy.
I’ll tell you something, a lawsuit like this wouldn’t get far in Russia.
