Sorry for my misunderstanding. I thought the person was a genetic male who “identifies as female”, not as the case really is, of a genetic female who “identifies as male”.
So, in THAT case, I guess the hysterectomy is part of “transgender” surgery, to mutilate HER female organs (I guess because pretending to a male is more difficult when you menstruate every month).
I understand the hospital’s position against mutilating the woman’s body, just to satisfy her obsession to pretend to be male.
Oh what a web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

The ones who choose NOT to have the hysterectomies, OTOH, can enjoy yapping about “men who menstruate” and “pregnant men.”
So it’s a win-win for their little genderbending selves & a no-win for us “phobes” no matter what they do.
