What exactly is a hysterectomy on a genetic male who “identifies as female”.
Is that a “reversal” of what was physically done to make some of his body parts look female?? Somehow I don’t think that’s the case, so I can only scratch my head wondering exactly what they do mean.

At issue is a woman with mental health problems who wants to have her lady-parts removed so she can pretend to be a man.
