I know that there was a whole lot more knowledge of astronomy in ancient times that the people who write these poorly researched treatises imagine.
I didn’t bother reading beyond the “couldn’t have known” drivel.
It isn’t that I have no clue, it’s that the writer had no clue.

No, the credibility was shattered at the opening. Poor research of that magnitude doesn’t get to be read as though it might have some sort of value.
