She wants me to fly out there today. I was going to try to speak with her doctor first, which may happen at about 3:30-5 p.m. my time. Can’t decide whether to just get out there asap or wait.

It makes sense to me to talk to the doctor, although it’s possible they haven’t had time to do a complete diagnosis yet. Maybe just having the doctor know there is a concerned family member will help your daughter in the short term. But it sounds like you will probably need to get out there very soon to see what is really going on.

Get out there, then speak to the doctor.
You might want to check flights ‘now’ just in case you decide to go, being pro-active in such situations is a good thing.
I know if my kid wanted me out there I’d be on a plane asap.
Get her to you.. if she can’t work and in a hotel, she needs family and support... Go get her.
