Yes. They even keep the Jewish dietary laws, which I hesitate to call “kosher” because I’m not sure if there’s been any split between them and Jews over what constitutes “kosher.” They’re also semi-Sabbatarian: they uphold Sundays as the day of the Resurrection (contra 7th-Day Adventists), but they also keep the 7th day.

Friend, even the Catholic Church acknowledges that the first Christian Church was in Jerusalem. Hate to burst your bubble:

“Jerusalem was the first center of the church, according to the Book of Acts, and according to the Catholic Encyclopedia: the location of “the first Christian church”.[8] The apostles lived and taught there for some time after Pentecost.[9] Jesus’ brother James was a leader in the church, and his other kinsmen likely held leadership positions in the surrounding area.”

FYI, even Christians quote the Apostles Creed, just without the capital C in catholic.

Jerusalem is a legitimate church. The objection was to the assertion "But there is not one true church as you claim."

Admitting that the first church was in Jerusalem kind of bursts the Catholic bubble in more ways than one. First, the factual error that wee little Catholics are taught in catechism, that “Saint Peter was the first Pope.” Second, the perpetual virginity of Mary bubble, since the leader of that church was Jesus’ biological brother, James.

False on both accounts; however regarding the claim

"But there is not one true church as you claim"

there is, and always has, been one holy catholic and apostolic Church. Persecuting that Church, as did Saul, is persecuting the Messiah.

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

Here is another's explanation:

The word Catholic

The word Catholic was first coined by Ignatius of Antioch, a direct hearer and disciple of the Apostle John:

Where the bishop appears, there let the people be, just as where Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church. (ekklesia katholicos) [letter to the Smyrneans (35-107 A.D.)]

ekklesia katholicos soon became in many cases a mere appellative or proper name of the true Church founded by Christ.

The word katholicos is a Greek word derive from two words kata-, down, along, according to; + holou (from neuter genitive of holos, whole.) The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition Copyright 2009 by Houghton Mifflin Company and the same explanation given by Online Etymology Dictionary, 2001 Douglas Harper

We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Friend, if I’ve learned one thing about Catholics who try to defend their version of Christianity, it’s that they 1) resort to lofty platitudes, 2), quote their own church fathers rather than the original source material (e.g., the Bible), or 3) try and overwhelm with a high number of words which together hardly constitute a coherent argument. You tried #3 here, vainly in fact.

I agree there is one church, it is the sum total of all Christians. That church is NOT led by a fellow wearing gilded robes with an office in Rome. And the notion that there is one “true” church is not biblical and is just the product of flawed men trying to force, or use guilt, people into their version of the faith.

Honestly, you need to realize that your persuasive skills are poor, mostly because you don’t make your case clearly and logically. Unfortunately, you would fail in a court of law or in a public debate.

... the notion that there is one “true” church is not biblical ...

The Messiah promised to build His church (woe if one teaches it is not one "true" church) upon the Apostle Peter, the other Jewish apostles and prophets, with Himself as the chief cornerstone. It is biblical.
