Has anyone read, 'Jesus of Nazareth Son of God/Son of man'?

I want to recommend a book I found while browsing on Amazon. It is, 'Jesus of Nazareth Son of God/Son of man'

Jesus of Nazareth: Son of God/Son of Man is a fresh, new approach to the theory of Jesus being both fully God and fully man. It is written in lay language, and recounts what the Bible says of Christ.

TOPICS: History; Theology
KEYWORDS: bookreview; god; jesus
I found this a great help to me, as I have only recently become a born again Christian.

I was wondering if anyone else has read this, and if so has any comments.

Thank you,

Katy

No book of that title found on Kindle. What is the author’s name or isbn?

What do you know about the author ?

I could not find much publicly available but this could be him, since the previous books listed "W Michael McCrocklin" as the author and this one has "Dr. W Michael McCrocklin." Also has certificates form Notre Dame and Doctoral Degree from New Geneva Seminary.

I don’t know anything about the book, or the author. There are no review comments at the above link.

There are no reviews on Amazon. You should write one. Give us a little more detail than the brief description for the book posted on Amazon, “Jesus of Nazareth: Son of God/Son of Man is a fresh approach to the doctrine of hypostasis, written in lay language. It spans the Biblical accounts of The Christ.”

I haven’t read that one, but I will pick it up. In my opinion the greatest books (outside the Good One, that is) on Jesus are “The Imitation of Christ” by Thomas a Kempis and “The Life of Christ” by Fulton Sheen.

The book I have is entitled, 'Jesus of Nazareth Son of God/ Son of Man' and is written by Dr W. Michael McCrocklin.

I wasn't able to find the exact book I have. It is a plain white cover with that title, and also '4:11 Ministries Adult Bible Studies, Colorado Springs, CO'

Will check back later. Have to help get breakfast and everybody ready for Church.

Thanks

Katy

I tried to sort out his theological leanings. My guess would be reformed Baptist, if he studied at Baylor, Southwestern, (both Baptist) and New Geneva, (conservative Presbyterian) although he may have transitioned from Baptist to Presbyterian.

In any event, there is a good chance he is orthodox in his theology.

“a fresh, new approach to the theory of Jesus”

The words “fresh”, “new”, and “theory” made me stop reading.

There are many Hegelians among us who think that modern man is the smartest to have ever walked the face of the Earth, and as one goes back in time the people get more and more stupid, uneducated, and backwards.

I just glanced through it. Too many characters
and too little plot. Oh wait. That was the phone book.
