There is an alarming increase in demonic activity being reported by those who work in exorcism ministry, said the exorcist for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Although steps are being taken to increase the number of exorcists, demand is still outpacing supply.
Father Vincent Lampert has been an exorcist for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis since 2005 and is the pastor at St. Malachy’s in Indianapolis. He trained at the North American College in Rome and assisted with more than 40 exorcisms with longtime Italian exorcist Father Carmine De Filippi. Although the identities of most exorcists are hidden, Father Lampert often gives talks to warn against evil and turn people toward the power of God.
In an interview with the Register, he said that he sees an increasing number of people involved in Satanic rituals and opening themselves up to evil.
“The problem isn’t that the devil has upped his game, but more people are willing to play it,” Father Lampert said. He pointed to rampant pornography, illegal drugs use and the occult. “Where there is demonic activity, there is always an entry point,” he said.

If anyone has not read “Manual for Spiritual Warfare” by Paul Thigpen, I highly recommend it.

This is very true. But exorcism seems like a big scam.
“Father Lampert cautions people not to give too much attention to the devil, as well. “The focus should be on God and Jesus Christ,” he said. “When I remind myself that God is in charge, it puts everything in perspective, and the worry and fear dissipates.”

Quite true.

True beyond doubt.
When one of the 2 major political parties has kicked God out and openly mocks him, his people and his values and that party garners about 1/2 the votes, it shows you that demonic influence is flourishing. I'm not sure it's so much that Satan has turned up the heat, as it is the people have invited him in.
We have a segment of our society calling evil, good and good, evil.

There's also video games and children's literature like all the vampire novels and the Harry Potter series that glamorizes witchcraft.

I take your comment very seriously. I do not think evil is on the rise, it’s just more out in the open. And, I believe there is genuine evil steering the democrat party.

I disagree... satan has upped his game. We are in critical times.
Not sure I fully understand what you're saying here but let me try.
Man is certainly capable of evil by virtue of his fallen nature. Not all evil is caused by ordinary or extraordinary demonic activity.
We are capable of choosing sin simply because we want it.
But, prior to his nature "falling", man's intellect, passions, and wills were properly ordered to God.
Something happened to change that allowing sin and death to enter the world.
If your post refers to a clouding of intellect that prevents man from choosing the cloud, then Catholics would consider that an "effect" of original sin.
I don’t believe that Satan isn’t doing or trying anything he hasn’t in the past or doesn’t do or try regularly.
It’s just that as people have turned their backs on God, he has more leeway and opportunity.
Something will come in to fill the void and the enemy will move in where the opportunity presents itself or people invite him in with their lifestyles or choices.
We’re just SEEING more of it. It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s increasing in the spiritual realm.

Remember how Jesus described that the attacks will increase in the end times.
In Acts it states that no one would survive the end times were it not for Divine intervention.
Same with me. My Aunt who is 77 years old and a life long Democrat left the party when they nominated Hillary. Although she is/was a Democrat, she knew EXACTLY what Hillary was all about and that was it for her, she had enough “This is not my Democratic party anymore” to quote her. I personally can’t believe they nominated her!! Seriously, THE most corrupt politician in US history bar none, there is not a crime on the books Hillary has not been involved in in some way or another, and they nominate her for President of the USA? And then they complain when Trump easily beats her? Of COURSE he beat her! She’s a freakin’ crook! Everybody knows that, life long Democrats knew that! They nominated her because like you said, because EVIL is running that party now. Look at their agenda - It’s all based on evil - Open borders: Of WHAT possible benefit is it to the USA to have wide open borders like they want? There is no benefit except victimizing the citizen. Importing foreigners from terror producing countries, what is the benefit of that? There is none, all it does is threaten the lives of the citizen. And then this Obamacare scam - the media never reports the people like my brother who lost their health insurance because they can’t afford it anymore. Obamacare is a TERRORIST attack directly against the US citizen SOLELY to harm him, and what better way to do that than eliminate medical care? Everything about that party is evil and vile and ISIS only wishes they could do the kind of damage the Democratic party has done to the USA.
