So the photos and letters I get from my World Vision kids are a lie?

I knew about WV awile ago. They had sketchy books. Best thing if you are in a mood to donate is to always go local and research first. Helps your immediate area out first, whatever the cause.

Yes, I just recently read about a guy who looked for his “kid” and found that while he did exist he never received any thing but supposedly the village did...sure.

I just read about this and am shocked. I have given money to them and thought they were a great Christian org. This is such a big disappointment.

Haaretz News from Israel reports that the money launderer was the head of the Gaza Division and that it was kept hidden from other divisions and the corporation.

Thanks for the report. This is so disgusting. It seems like people who donated should be able to file a class action fraud lawsuit or something.

I used to live by WV in Federal Way WA. I have numerous friends working there that were as pure as snow. I’ll be surprised if WV as a non-profit knowingly aided terrorism.

The regional director of operations for World Vision, Mohammad El Halabi, a resident of the Gaza Strip, was responsible for systematically redirecting millions of dollars to Hamas, Halabi reporting over 60% of donations designated to the region as having been stolen to support the terrorist organizations efforts, estimating around $7.2 million annually. I wouldn't go overboard here. This involves an allegation of regional impropriety by this Mohammed guy. The money directed to that region being Gaza it appears, over 60% was being stolen to support the Jihad. Disturbing if a person is dumb enough to send money to that region.

Sad. I always thought they were one of the best. It also brings into great question Charity Navigator which has always given it good ratings. Makes you wonder what other charities it lists that are no good.

Muslim Brotherhood infiltrates the WH, directs billions to military wing(s).
Feckless republicans cower in fear MSM may write a negative piece on them.

You can not humanely help muslims without them perverting it into jihad conquest purposes. It’s just their nature or if you will their culture.
