I used to live by WV in Federal Way WA. I have numerous friends working there that were as pure as snow. I’ll be surprised if WV as a non-profit knowingly aided terrorism.

I wouldn't go overboard here. This involves an allegation of regional impropriety by this Mohammed guy. The money directed to that region being Gaza it appears, over 60% was being stolen to support the Jihad. Disturbing if a person is dumb enough to send money to that region.
