The Myth That is Palestine...miracle nation pt 60

For centuries, the land God promised to Abraham,Isaac and Jacob was called ‘The Land of Canaan”, and the inhabitants were called the Canaanites. After the Exodus, and the occupation of Canaan by Israel, the land became known as Israel. There were no peo[le named “Palestinians”, they didn’t exist, the inhabitants were Canaanite , then Israelite.

The Land of Israel remained under Israeli sovereignty until the destruction of the Temple and the dispersion of the people of Israel from one end of the earth to the other. It was in 135 AD that the Romans renamed the land ‘Provincia Syria Palestina’.

Why did the Romans rename the land? This was the period after Bar Cochba’s revolt in which the Romans not only wanted to end all Jewish rebellion, but wipe out the distinctives of the Jewish people. For example the Romans sought to rename Jerusalem, Aelia Capitolina, and the Emperor Hadrian erected a Temple to Jupiter, Juno and Minerva.

The Name Palestina, was intended to mock the Jews, naming their Province after their traditional (and long vanquished) enemies, the Philistines.

There are no “Palestinians”. The so called “Palestinians” are Arabs , mostly those who came into the land to work for the modern Jewish pioneers of the late 19th century as they drained the swamps, reclaimed the land and built farms.

Robert Kennedy visited ‘Palestine’ in April , 1948 and produced a series of articles for the Boston Post, one month before Israel was reborn.He noted that ;

The Jews point with pride to the fact that over 500,000 Arabs, in the 12 years between 1932 and 1944, came into Palestine to take advantage of living conditions existing in no other Arab state. There were always a small population of Arabs and Jews living in ‘Palestine’, but the land was woefully desolate, especially after the Turkish Government placed a tax on trees. Turkish and Arab landowners cut down what few trees were there, increasing desertification.

“Palestinians” was a designation assigned to Jews who lived in the Holy Land. The original name of the Jerusalem Post was the “Palestinian Post”.There was a “Palestinian Symphony Orchestra”formed in Jerusalem in 1936, and in 1942 the British Army had a Palestinian Regiment, both of these were composed of Jews, because ‘Palestinian’ meant Jew in those days. Until 1964 , to call an Arab a Palestinian would be to insult him, because Palestinians were understood to be Jews.

What happened in 1964? A fictional nation was invented, Palestine. The Palestinian Liberation was formed in Cairo England, with the intent on liberating Palestine from Zionists. The Egyptian born nephew of Hitler’s friend, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Yasser Arafat, is considered the Father of the Palestinian people, and is considered by the West to be the Father of modern terrorism.

The basic idea in the PLO’s ideology is that Zionists had unjustly expelled the Palestinians from Palestine and established a Jewish state in place under the pretext of having historic and Jewish ties with Palestine. In 1963 they were Arabs, and came from Arab lands, culture and religion, and shared an Arab history. But as of 1964, all of the sudden they are Palestinians, an oppressed people swindled out of their ancestral homeland by the evil Jews.The world consensus is that Israel ought to be partitioned to make way for a “two state solution”.This is the greatest controversy in the world, and has engulfed the entire Muslim world against any western supporters of Israel.

Bible prophecy has much to say of this controversy, which centers around the borders of Israel, the status and population of Jerusalem, and the settlement of Judea (the West bank of the Jordan river).

The Prophet Zephaniah challenges the “Nation not desired” to gather themselves together for the day of the LORD,

Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired; Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the Lord come upon you, before the day of the Lord’s anger come upon you. Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger. For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up. Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the Lord is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant.(Zephaniah 2:1-5)

The nation of Palestine is desired by the world community, the 57 nation Organization of Islamic conference, the Pope, the European Union, ad the United Nations. It is even desired by the Jewish State, which would love to make peace with the Palestinians, and share the land with them.

The proposed “Palestinian State” is comprised of Gaza, and the area west of the Jordan river, the so called West Bank and “occupied territories”.This area is called “the mountains of Israel”, and Judea in the scripture, and God says that Judea will be inhabited by Jews over the objections of the “talkers” in the world community.

Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord: Thus saith the Lord God; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession: Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people: Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that are round about; Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey. Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the shame of the heathen: Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.

But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown: And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded: And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the Lord. Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men.(Ezekiel 36:1-12)

Something so terrible will break out over the problem of Judea, that it will lead directly into a period of tribulation, the world has never seen before, and will never see again.

And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.(Matthew 24:15-21)

The Land of Israel remained under Israeli sovereignty until the destruction of the Temple and the dispersion of the people of Israel from one end of the earth to the other. It was in 135 AD...

Thou shalt not bear false witness... especially against the Word of God.

Eze 21:24 Therefore thus said the Master YHWH, ‘Because you have made your crookedness to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that your sins are seen in all your deeds. Because you have been remembered, you are taken by hand. 25 And to you, O profane, wrong one, leader of Israel, whose day has come, in the time of the crookedness of the end, 26 thus said the Master YHWH, ‘Remove the turban, and take off the crown! This shall not remain! Exalt the humble, and humble the exalted. 27 Overthrown, overthrown, I make it overthrown! It shall be no longer, until He (Messiah) comes to whom it rightly belongs – and I shall give it!’

Daniel chapter 2 ... Rome extends ALL the way to the end that has the clay mixed with the iron. From the Babylonian captivity forward, Israel was no longer a sovereign nation. The only territory that remained was the region of Judea which was afforded governors under the authority of the Babylonians, Persians, Greeks & Romans. Never again did a man of the flesh serve as “king” of Israel.

Matthew 21 & the parable of the vineyard owner (God) who leased the land to STRANGERS who killed His Son! Both Rome & unbelieving Israelites and although done in ignorance, it is time to quit with the lies of religion and return to His truth!

There is zero mention of an ancient people so called Palestinians...

Daniel isn't a prophet to the Jewish nation, but rather to the Gentile kings (Kings of Babylon). Chapters 2, 4, 5. For example:
