"Progressive" Bishops Planning Synod Coup: Secret Meeting in Rome on Monday [Catholic Caucus]
Rorate Caeli ^ | May 22, 2015 | Jean-Marie Guénois

Posted on 05/22/2015 4:12:48 PM PDT by ebb tide

Jean-Marie Guénois, Religious Affairs correspondent for French daily Le Figaro, has the report (main excerpt below) of a Vatican-II-style Rhineland coup for the October 2015 Synod on the Family:

Family Synod: a Very Discreet Meeting of the Reformers in Rome

Le Figaro

On Monday [May 25], European episcopates will debate the welcoming of remarried divorcees and homosexuals in the Church.

The initiative has remained very discreet, indeed secret, but it is important. According to our information, three episcopates -- the German, the Swiss, and the French -- have gotten together in order to organize, behind closed doors, on Monday, May 25, in Rome, in the premises of the Jesuit Gregorian University, a day of studies centered on the welcoming of remarried divorcees and homosexual persons in the Church. Renowned German theologians will take the floor before a chosen audience of only fifty people. The closing conference will be delivered by Cardinal Reinhard Marx, President of the German Bishops' Conference. Along with Cardinal Walter Kasper, this influential cardinal -- a member of the C9, the Pope's close council -- works actively for a policy of opening of the Catholic Church on these dossiers.

At the Vatican, only a few personalities have received an invitation.

Do Catholic Bishops not take a Vow of Obedience to the Pope?

If so, are these Bishops not acting in breach of their Vows?

I don't understand...

They wouldn’t be doing this if they thought the Pope really opposed it. This is all a wink-wink, nudge-nudge.

I was at mass this evening and heard a wonderful, orthodox homily by a young deacon (he’ll be ordained a priest next year, God willing) talk about following Christ and how often even Peter betrayed Him. I’ve been very distressed by this Pope, but that homily helped me put it into perspective. Because, as the deacon pointed out, the Church survived and was even stronger.

Of course, the sodomites and sexists are....it has been their Marxist MO since they were channeled into the seminaries by communists in the 30s (Bella Dodd).

Fr. Oko’s Report on Homoheresy outlines this coup. To literally flip 3000 years of ethics and Truth—to the satanic ethics where human beings are used as a Means to an End-—always EVIL in the Catholic Canon-—always.

To normalize Satanism and evil vile behaviors, “for the children” and to fundamentally destroy the Catholic Canon—as if they haven’t done a pretty great job this last century—is their MO.

Until the pope cleans out the satanic sodomites in their midsts....the corruption and destruction of the CC will “progress”.

Corruption in institutions will always occur—that is why it is essential to clean out the rot. I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting-—and praying....hmmmmm. We will know them by their “fruits” and what the “synod” states will reveal if the Catholic Church is following God or Satan.

Truth will set us Free and there is no compromising God’s Laws and Natural Law theory (God’s Design)—all embedded in the US Constitution although those nitwits on the Supreme Court can’t understand that document, nor use Logic.

One wonders if these bishops even pray.

Surprise surprise, meeting is at a Jesuit institution.

My other always told me, never trust a Jesuit.

Hmm, I had thought the French bishops were relativelqy free from the German disease on this issue. A bit concerning to hear they’re getting involved with those schreckliche germanophone bishops.

I had the same thoughts. I think there’s less than a majority of French bishops partaking in the mutiny.

they don’t take a vow of obedience to the Pope unless they are Jesuits.

But they are supposed to follow the teachings of the church.

Bad bishops are not new. There was a time the Arian heresy, which believed Jesus was a demigod but not God, almost took over the church. St. Athanasius opposed them, and had to flee. The story goes that the soldiers were out to arrest him and he had to hide in a well...the moral being that if there is only one true Christian alive, even if he is in hiding, God can renew the church.

The Pope agrees with them and is probably the one organizing the meetings.
