Dear friends, praying (petitioning) for our nation (1 Timothy 2:1-4), having Tea Parties, calling our representatives and elected officials, being up to date on the issues, living out our Judeo/ Christian ideals, etc... is all fine and dandy, but DO NOT deceive yourselves into thinking that all of this effort and wishful thinking will re-establish a “Christian” conservative America or a “Christian” conservative utopia today here on earth, with the gullible imagination that we will all live happily ever after. Again my friend, we have passed the point of no return in this regard. The steak has been left out in the sun too long and is totally rotten and spoiled and is good for nothing but to be disposed of! The Four Horsemen are at the world's door and nothing is going to stop them (Rev. 6-9)!

This delusional reasoning is the Satanic Kool-Aid of the day that is being peddled by “religious” conservatives (Rom. 10:2-4, 2 Cor. 11:13-15) who do not honor or know not Almighty God in Spirit and Truth (Matt. 7:21-23; John 4:24; Jude 1:3-4). Many Evangelicals at present are drinking this poison and passing the jug around. Many are departing the faith and sound doctrine and apostatizing into many subtle isms. (1 Tim. 4:1-3; 2 Peter 2:1). Warning, Be not deceived!

Sadly, many Evangelicals today are oblivious to this Biblical reality. These have subjectively submersed themselves into the current events of the day and the "mission" for the restoration of Washington and it has absolutely consumed all of their time and energy. They have constructed a wall of worry, ignorance and temporal foresight so high that they cannot see and comprehend the hour and day in which we are living in. These days in which we are living in are the catalyst leading to the soon approaching Day of the Lord, the Battle of Armageddon and Lord Jesus Christ's glorious second coming to earth to establish His 1000 Year Kingdom! (2 Thess. 2:2-3, Rev 16:13-16, 19:11-21).

My friend, there is a BIG DAD TRIBULATION headed our way and with the Four Horsemen ready to ride nothing is going to stop that event from transpiring. These have set their “tent pegs” deep in the world reasoning and system, and have given a distant second status to their position in Christ and the Gospel proclamation to all the world (Matt. 28:19-20; Rom 1:16). They have lost their ETERNAL vision and focus, and the Heavenly calling given them by Almighty God, which is needed so drastically for today for our nation and world (1 Cor. 2:5; 2 Cor. 5:17-21; Eph. 1:3; Col. 3:1).

Our Hope and future expectations are not to be found in this passing world, but ONLY in Almighty God and His ETERNAL promises (1 John 2:15-17).

Our Holy admonition from Almighty God is that we are to be Christ’s servants (slave) first for Almighty God's GLORY and HONOR, and conservative patriots second. This is the proper order for the child of God (John 1:12) today.

Remember my Evangelical Conservative friends, The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand and a big bad tribulation (Matt 24) is at our door step called "The Day of the Lord" (Rev. 6-19). May the Lord Jesus Christ have first place in our lives and may His glorious Gospel message be proclaimed in these Last Days (1 Cor. 10:31, 2 Cor. 5:17-21).

The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!

Well even in my view we never know when Christ returns, so despite the spec of a change that NOW is the time or not, we still have the obligation to be ready at all times.

See also 2nd Thessolonians for a clear direction to stop refraining from active involvement in this life in this world on this day -— since the Second Coming may very well not be as imminent as you or I may think — and since we’re taught it will unexpectedly sneak in like a thief in the night Withdrawing from our responsibilities in and for and to the world would therefore be inexcusable. You're right. But many people who claim to study and interpret Revelation appear to have skipped right over the very first verse:

"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto his servants, even the things which must shortly come to pass"

Revelation is book-ended with statements telling the recipients when those events would take place...

1:3: "for the time is at hand"
22:6: "sent his angels to show unto his servants the things which must shortly come to pass"
22:7: "And behold, I come quickly."
22:10: "Seal not up the words of the prophecy of this book; for the time is at hand."
22:12: "Behold, I come quickly"
22:20: "Yea: I come quickly"

And it's no good for them to reply that "one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day"... unless they want to argue that Revelation was written to the Lord!

In order to be still expecting the four horsemen, a reader would have to ignore all the testimony of the book itself as to when those things were to happen. (Or else argue that Revelation was written in 2014 or something.)

Don't leave the religious left out of the mix , and don't use such a broad brush in your assumptions.
Your warning applies to all.
Only Jesus knows the true sheep from the goats.
In the mean time we must fight for truth in Christ crucified.
It is fight for the world that was once lead by a christian nation that
has in a large part turned from God.
Remember God desires mercy, but it is limited by Him alone and in his time. Today is but a sand pebble in his time.
That said, there are signs that Jesus did talk about.

Nope...Jesus said we wouldn't know the day nor hour...

Paul says we WILL know the TIMES and SEASONS...

Would seem that if you didn't read enough scripture to know that we WOULD know the times and seasons, likely you haven't read enough scripture to know the signs that warn us of those times and seasons...

Jesus also rhetorically asked whether He would find faith on the earth. The implication seems to be no. When large segments of a Christian nation are complaining about what has happened to their world, then it’s too soon.

You can’t dodge the “peace and safety” even if that is from the point of view of unbelievers. Right now unbelievers seem to be quite worried.
