Sandra Fluke sounds the alarm over "potentially catastrophic" Hobby Lobby case

Social justice attorney Sandra Fluke, now running for California State Senate, sounded the alarm Tuesday about the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court case, which pits the religious objections of the owners of corporations against Obamacare’s “contraception mandate.” In an opinion piece in The Washington Post, Fluke called the case a “potential catastrophe for women’s rights,” arguing that “corporations cannot have religious views” and a rule in the favor of religious objections would set America on a dangerous course.

USA Today reports that the first day of the hearings did not bode well for those who champion the Obamacare contraception mandate, as the Obama administration struggled to present its case to the justices, a majority of whom appeared inclined to protect the religious freedoms of organizations.

So if we take religion out of the equation how about this?

My wife and I are both 50. She has been through menopause (and yes it was hell) and I had a vasectomy. WHY ARE WE REQUIRED TO HAVE BIRTH CONTROL IN OUR POLICY IF WE DON’T NEED IT?

It says Congress shall pass no law.

Now that Congress has passed a law, we have a problem.

What differences are there between views on say SALES..and views on Spiritual Matters... other than that they arent in the same “realm”?

Corporations can have religious views. In fact, I’m betting the stockholders meeting produces views on lots of things that the corporation goes with.

“corporations cannot have religious views”

Oh they can’t? Well then, you’ve walked right into the logic trap. If they cannot hold religious views, then by extension, they do not have to act morally. Therefore, to the end of this reasoning, businesses may not be held accountable for detrimental actions. You’ve said this yourself, Mizzzzzz Fluke.

Thank God the legal genius has given us her valued, expert opinion! However considering the source I'm afraid to ask which orifice it was delivered from. Considering she usually pulls opinions and facts right out of her....donkey!

Time to release a little liber induced hyperbole. Sandra is a slut, and Ann Arbor is still a whore. (The last part is a Penn State thing, but it feels good.)
