Vatican City, Oct 11, 2013 / 07:25 am (CNA/EWTN News).- Anticipating Pope Francis' entrustment of the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Oct. 13, a specialist in Marian apparitions reflected on how the Blessed Mother serves to bring people to Jesus.
It is necessary to have recourse to the Virgin because she can only bring you to God. That's her whole mission. She has nothing of self in it at all. She lives only for God and to bring you to God, said Marian expert Tim Tindal-Robertson during an Oct. 10 interview with CNA.
Tindal-Robertson is currently the national president in England of the World Apostolate of Fatima, an international association of the faithful which was erected by the Pontifical Council for the Laity in 2010.
Speaking of the significance of Pope Francis decision to entrust the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Tindal-Robertson said that the Pope has judged that in the year of faith this is a very appropriate moment to focus on Marys presence in the Church.

Amen.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:44)
Where in the Bible is this stated? Where in scripture does it say that only Mary, the mother of Jesus, brings us to God?
John 14:6 ... Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
One of “Reformed” Christianity’s many ills: setting the Incarnate God against His Mother.
Adding words to scripture warrants a very special curse, from what I've read.
When Yah'shua died on the cross,shalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiach
the Temple veil was rent asunder. The sacrifice of the Lamb of G-d
has erased all sin for who so ever asks.
Are you against scripture? Or do you believe that us rough peasants aren't qualified to handle it?
Only Jesus can bring us to God.
Mary was a mortal woman and she is now a dead mortal with even less power.
EXACTLY
My darling wife was a “cradle Catholic” and walked away from her faith in the 60s during the hippie days. Three years ago she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given just a few months to live. While I was not Catholic or a church goer, I guess I was what some call spiritual. Anyway, not long after my wife’s diagnosis, a friend of hers brought over a statue of the Holy Mother. My wife instantly brightened and held it close. Not long after I visited the local priest and he came to our house and took 40 years worth of Confession from her. Being back with her Faith gave my wife the strength to face her trial. I saw the peace and love that Mary shared with my girl. She passed gently not long after. That love and hope led a hopeless sinner (me) to convert to the Catholic Church. The Holy Virgin led me to her Son and I was forgiven. It really is never too late.
It's using Scripture to further a false end.
Are you against scripture? Or do you believe that us rough peasants aren't qualified to handle it?
Us "peasants" wouldn't be reading Scripture if generations of Catholic monks didn't spend many of their waking hours copying and meditating on them.
Us peasants wouldn’t be allowed a copy if the reformation hadn’t happened.
The point is an oversimplification, as Christ still appointed Apostles and disciples to spread His message. Yet, the spiritual children of the “Reformers” still illegitimately deny the authority of their successors.
The word “Jesus” does not appear in this article.
I am not surprised.
