As charming and unpretentious as he is brilliant. Dr Kreeft’s logic recently helped save a man I know from suicide and bring him to Christ, and his videos and writings are working on the heart of a secular Jewish woman. Imagine how many others have been brought to The Lord through his teaching. One of the few conservative Christians left in academia today.

I started watching this thing but when the guy got to the point where he says he was questioned, ‘what is the church’, he claims none of the Calvin College students had a clue what the church is...
I don’t believe that and saw there was no point in watching any further...

"Imagine how many others have been brought to The Lord through his teaching. One of the few conservative Christians left in academia today." I know, even in many "Catholic" Colleges.
God bless him.

"I like Peter Kreeft. He has a cute sense of humor." And he sneaks it in there in his talks pretty often... :-)

I like his books better than his lectures. I just don’t think he’s quite a sprightly a talker as, for example, Scott Hahn.

I think Scott is a great lecturer. He can really hold an audience, and he puts over so much information that I never get tired of replaying his courses.

More Papist propaganda, using the RF to push their Roman institution. It is only apostate Protestants who could possibly fall for such propaganda, or superficial in their faith Protestants who know nothing, nor do they care, about the historical roots of their faith, namely the Reformation.
They would think you with a blank face were you to bring up the inquisition, the St. Bartholowmew Day massacre, or Luther’s 95 thesis.

correction:
They would look at you with a blank face were you to bring up the inquisition, the St. Bartholowmew Day massacre, or Luthers 95 thesis.
To: sasportas
When I’m trying to be really snarky, I often make silly little errors such as forgetting how to spell “Bartholomew” or that the plural of “thesis” is “theses.” It makes the attempt at superiority much less persuasive.

It is merely a thread telling someone’s story. Why do you say what you do?
